Hmmm.... I don't want to say that I am 100% correct, but to me it seems like you are
being attacked by negative entities from the astral plane. If the assaults are always different
and persistent, then you might really be dealing with some kind of entity.

You should try to surround yourself with white protective light before going to sleep. There is
a simple exercise you can do for this. Just before going to sleep, imagine yourself being filled
with warm protective light from the sun. Simply imagine a beam of light going right to your solar
plexus area and let your body overflow with energy until it forms a buble around you.

This should help you if it really is a negative entity. There are also a variety of different ways to
fight off negative entitis explained by Robert Bruce in one of his books. I just can't recall the exact
methods right now.

Congratulations on your OBE success so far!  :-)

Have you ever tried focusing your eyes inward and up to where your third eye chakra is when the vibrations start?
This help a great deal in intensifying them  :wink:

I haven't heard of putting anything on your forehead before to activate the third eye chakra, but I will definately try it myself.
After I try with different crystals I will report back with my personal experiences.

I just love this forum  :-D

Just to ad to the first post, I also use that method of projection quite frequently.
The only difference is that I don't stay awake for an hour before trying to get back
to sleep. I just turn around in bed and focus on my breathing to keep my mind awake.
It works 90% of the time.

Did you ever try to astral project very early in the morning?
When I used to try different astral projection techniques, I kind of found it hard to get
past the point where my body falls asleep and I get my astral body to separate. So when
I woke up early one morning I thought I would give it a try, and it worked like a charm!

Just try to get back to sleep while focusing on your breath or your heartbeat to keep your
mind awake. Your body should fall asleep very quickly now since you just woke up. Astral
projection will occur almost naturally without you having to do much. At least it's worth a
try if you haven't tried that yet  :wink:
