I'm confused now Contenteo. You mean dream loop? dreaming the same thing?

I had the loop dream sequence when I was a kid and when I was young, but the different thing about these ones is that I actually wake up with scratches and low bruises. As a matter of fact, my GF today said to me, "You have another scratch", a small scratch in my cheek (the day after yesterday I had another one), next to my nose (out of shaving range) I didn't have yesterday night. I don't have cats nor nails (I eat them steady, kinda neurotic nowadays), just to rule out possible options because believe me I have been doing that.

And... a very disturbing thing happened yesterday night too... I may take a while to elaborate since I was not conscious. It's like sleepwalking out of the blue (last thing I remember is walking down the street back from a party) and speaking clearly. According to my GF I was acting very oddly and with a weird smile on my face. I know this sounds ridicolous. She even asked me who I was -since she knows about my dreams and night convulses- and I replied Itll always been me. She then broke an egg on my head :P

Suddenly I passed out or like the thing happens when you are really drunk and then I woke up completely sober the next second.

FFS. I'm off to see a native shaman around here.

BTW no new lucid nightmares the past days.

Oh, another thing, not sure if it is a side effect.

May I have been developing OBE's? When I don't get these shadows I can actually move or float around the room for a brief moment, pull out my hand and feel like it's touching something and then wake up again. I am fully aware when this happens and I usually like think, "cool, let's try moving about the room".  :-D

OK AN, I'll try that.

Thing is they just hit right of the bat.

Contenteo, yes it does, it's the wake up in a dream and so on sequence. Although the "fights" are not the same, the background is exactly the same. Even wake in the same position...

Hello all,

I've been having several times a night this sensation I wake up from bed and start walking in the house until everything turns white and I am in bed again. About 4 or 5.

I see my GF sleeping in bed and all stuff from the room.

Now, I wonder if that is a OBE or just a lucid dream.

The other question I have relates with lucid nightmares...

I often get the sensation I am in my room and suddenly a "shadow" attack me. At first I took a beating (yes, it did hurt which is weird because I never experience pain in my dreams), but I began to fight back, with lousy results. I just managed to get a hold of it. The last times I've been actually asking this shados for his or her name but they often just laugh.

I usually wake up with small scratches, which I show to my GF.

But this last time it was somewhat scarier. I was lying in bed and some dude (which I could see) sstarted punching me. Then I woke in bed again. Then another figure started harassing me. I told him to quit already. Then I woke up. Then my GF cuddled me until she told me: "what if I am the shadow" and started biting me. I really didn't knew it was a lucid dream, it was VERY realistic. Then I asked him what his name was, he it told me something like "I am the brother of pain". Then I woke up.

My GF said I was convulsing my entire body at some point while in my sleep.

This is getting anoying. I just cannot be afraid of going to sleep.

And I don't know where to ask...

Any hints would be appreciated.

Greetz from Chile.
