are binural beats more effective with headphones?

Binaural beats can ONLY be effective with headphones, I even recommend buying decent headphones (upwards of 30 american $)

I like the ones that stay at one level.

I noticed that Karmic, you always have pure single frequency tones. Do you feel that this works better for entrainment?

I personally didn't care for these because of the shift in the tones. I was enjoying the first tone and then it changed completely, the jump in frequency was a bit too drastic, that brought my focus back to my body. You have 5 different tonal changes here. I think you need to work a bit on blending them more, so the change isn't so noticeable.  

I definitely understand what you mean! I will work to smooth out all future tonal changes. My history is with making drug replication binaurals which really don't have effect UNLESS you are aware of your body, so I see where my error is.

I also provide a range of binaural beats, with 2 relating to OBE's. I plan on making more if people like what I have done, but I am finding that people want REALLY long ones, so I am starting to make them an hour a piece.

Ripping them from youtube would definitely work! Just try to download HD quality whenever possible.

All of my MP3's, which you can find on my youtube in my signature, are 320kbs quality, and are fine to be downloaded from youtube.
