Perhaps it's me but there sure is a awefully lot of negitivity around.  Criticism, Self-rightousness, Egotism, lots of ugliness here and there.  And the bright ones...stand out like stars in the night sky.  Funny for a sight founded and run by a bright and wonderful guy  (judging purely by his book and writing tone) Many of you seem dark and forboding.  Quick to judge, quick to retort.  
   Let me say the obvious yet again, what no one seems to want to believe.  No one here or anywhere else. Knows anything.  You THINK, you know, you quote sources, you surmise, you draw subjective conclusions.  But you KNOW, nothing.  And sense you KNOW nothing, and that fact is about the closest thing we can call a real fact, why dont you make life easier on everyone including yourself, be nice and perhaps TOGETHER we can evaporate a little more of the fog of ignorance that surrounds each and every person on this planet.  Learn to love and believe in yourself first.... thats right that little ignorant you is as important and worthy as the biggest and brightest mind anywhere, as long as your building it up.  But if your gonna tear it down I dont care how clever you think you are or how right you think you are, get out of my face.  Life is too short to tolerate hatred.

I'd like to hear anyones opinion about the origion of neg or demon types; where they come from, and where there going, their evolution per say.  I heard hints from various people but little speculation beside RB's book.  What or who specifically (as possible) causes their creation and destruction.  And what about evil dictators, Stalin, Hitler, Mao, Pot ect.. People of which seemingly no amount of good karma could possibly turn them around.... so many questions? hummm

Sounds silly I know, but soon after finishing off psychic self-defence I tried the ball point pin trick on a spot on my lower leg, (which still 3 months latter has had no effect), anyway one day I was dispatched to wal-mart to get god only knows what. I  was wearing shorts that day and the nickel size circle with 2 bisecting lines could easily be seen on my shin in blue ink.  While waiting in line a dizzing feeling came over me quickly followed my somewhat intense pain in my lower abdomine, then upper back, followed by my chest area.  All symptoms one after the other, bam bam bam, I was blown away. Not by the pain which wasn't knee dropping or anything but by the suddeness of it and in different areas back to back like that.
Then it hit me the mark on my leg was always covered up before, usually wearing long pants after work when I do her erronds you cant see it.  I repeated it a couple times... nothing.  Still I feel it was defiently an attack, (brushing exercises ended it after a while), but did the mark have anything to do with drawing the attack?

A stubborn neg presense for my (very sensitive) wife and I has revived my interest in AP.  Once fairly dubious on the whole spook
thing, resent events, moving objects, knocks, voices ect.. have proven quite clearly her sensations  to be only too real. Newly purchased copies of Astral Dynamics and Psyhic Defense by RB have been devoured by myself and found very helpful and fasinating.  The litte guys days are numbered of that I am sure.  The full ramifacations of this whole thing are mind blowing for me to say the least, and if it wasn't for the shear physical attributes of this phenominon and the ever growing (recently awakened) spiritual experiences I have felt, I wouldnt believe any of it.  Needless to say things will never be the same for this guy. New horizons abound.
  This added new world is quite exciting, and further exploration is already underway, something I plan to master before its over, however long it takes. See the above remark is exactly the kind of thing im tired of.  Im looking for information about neg spook types not looking for more nasty remarks.  And what do i get...?  Some of you people need to find a good therapist and work out you personal interaction problems BEFORE you try and hone your psychic abilities.  Guess thats where the neg types come from after all atleast part of them.  Guess no one has any real insight here anyway.

Hey Eukaryote, thats the spirit.  Depression can be an ugly ugly thing it sounds like you've come a long way.  I've read tons about depression, and the black mist that surrounds a person seemingly forever, but with all the wonders of life, the many facets of beauty that like an onion seem to permiate every living and unliving thing around you I can never fully understand it.  Yes indeed life is short too short to uncover all the mysteries it has to offer.  You can spend a lifetime just trying to comprehend the simpliest thing much less the intracasies of life.
   If you can forget yourself, for a moment, concentrate...and try and contemplate a vast emptiness of blackness, a vacumn where nothing is or ever could be...no ideas, no hopes, no dispair, no dreams, nothing physical, emotional, nothing at all, complete-perfect emptyness, hold it and picture yourself there. And then open your eyes and look around yourself all over, at yourself, your surroundings, sights, smells, thoughts, things touching you all over, all the vast stimulations.  A world, a universe teeming with life, thoughts, the animate, the inanimate, a world full of wonder a play ground... a toy box wider and longer then the imagination could ever concieve. That is your world. And you have the power to see, understand, and appreciate it.  The power to see and consider, to feel and to touch...to think.  Indeed life is short but if you start right away hell who knows what could happen.  
   I always tell people when they feel depressed to find a nice strong oak tree, a real big one, take a good look at it, and do like it does....concentrate and grow toward the sun.

Oh yes, I forgot, and if you don't have anything positive to say, don't bother responding...I have enough negativism in my life already thanks.

Careful Bloom, you might not find Hell, but you run across a character in your search that is powerful enough to wipe one up for you, taylor made to your specifications.  If I remember correctly curious george got into alot of trouble when I was a kid.  When that mouse trap slaps shut it dosn't always kill either, usually it takes someone big and strong to come by and get the proverbial monkey off your back, if you know what I mean. But that can take some-time.  Until then the infection worsens.  Careful what you ask for...you just might get it. As Mr. Bruce is so fond of saying "Like attracts like, in a real big way over there".

Hell is perhaps self-made, as it would have to cater your own personal horrors to be of any real value. However I do quite clearly  remember reading about the lower lower astral realms and kingdoms in Astral Dynamics. Mr. Bruce gave no details and I'm very glad he didn't but by the air of his tone it seems quite hellish and served well enough and beyond to meet the demands of my dark side, of which we ALL have.

I think the reason people are so drawn to astral projection or anything else for that matter is a search for answers and for those lucky enough to stumble on to something as dynamic and all in-grossing as an obe the temptation to "find" these answers in this new arena must be heavy.  Im not saying answers do not abound in the astral, answers like easter eggs can be found anywhere.  I will say that its my opinion that most answers, the most important ones, come from within and can be stimulated by many things both inside and outside yourself.

Damn guys, take is easy! Everyone has a right to there opinion (obviously).  Equilly obvious is the fact that no two people are going to ever agree on most anything.  No one grows up in a vacuum, they are instead the culmination of their experiences, direct and indirect.  A culmination of thought and feeling brought on through the interaction with yourself, things, people and peoples ideas. Even in the most orthodox of religions rules blur and meanings fade in and out of intensity secretly between its followers no matter how devout.  No one lives in true isolation, especially in a "civilized" world.  Organized religion as well as other ideas heavily influence how you see your world and yourself.  What does experience really mean anyway, and what is the real value of meaning when they both pass through the filters of Subjective consciousness.  
   All we can do is wish for the other person a fatefull and happy life no matter how dogmatic they may appear or self-rightous they may come-off.  Unless you've been there, been them, beside them their whole life you never really understand how a person feels or what they're really getting at emotionally.
   To many times I'm afraid in the history of man great suffering has occurred, misunderstandings arisen, wars faught won and lost, and the whole time everyone is on the same page but language fails to illustrate feeling quickly enough and impatience and frustration take hold.  Too many letters on a page and it turns black.

I've experienced huge vibrations reading on the web, pounding heart, and the body growing/rising sensation, several times, wide awake.  Very strange indeed.  Kind of an open eyed meditation I think though, aware, but mostly Im gone, if you know what I mean.  Quite strong sensations though.

What struck me was the strange cramp like pain in completely different areas back to back so quickly. coupled with mild dizziness and confusion.  Something I am defiently not prone to.  Also I read R. Bruce mention somewhere that negs can often times be found in malls. But the bright lights and all... I dont know, could have been lots of stuff, I guess.  I've read and experienced so many strange things here lately; I am hesitant to play the skeptic anymore.

I ran a peremeter around our bedroom with a tiny 1/4" hose feeding off a small ceramic wet saw pump, out of a small bucket of water and back again.  I would stop our neg in its tracks if a little light was on like the tv or something, or if it was weak.  But if it was charged up (knocking, or moving things) forget about it.  Greater quantites like the garden hose was nessasary  it hated it even in a trickle, the fresh cool water circulating under our bed and out the window kept away from us but not out of the house. Its all so freaking wild to me I cant believe Im seriously writing this stuff.

Wow, that sounds ugly, like something trying to stir you from your trance.  Cold is indicative of negs.  Sounds like you intimadated one and it stopped you before you really got going.  Never heard or felt anything quite like that though.  good luck

My wife and I have heard knocking sounds in our bed room while we were reading RB's book psychic self defence.  They were quite loud never heard them before then and all the lights were on, tv and everything.  She is quite sensitive and knew it was around a week or so before the noises.  All kinds of weird and wild stuff started happening around the house, I wont get into all.  However once it was cracking on the crown moulding about my side of the bed, you could tell by the hollow type sound, anyway, just to mess with it I commented out loud, "I hitting the crown moulding", to see if it would respond, and sure enough the knocking moved over to the closet.
This little guy has changed me alot I can tell you that.  All the education in the world dosn't prepare you for a real proformance from a good strong spook, who is very motivated, intelligent and self-aware.

Of course the guys at work call me an a-hole, and hey they aughta know. And sense I dont know anyone here I'll just force my opinion in at random moments.  
  Perhaps Beavis, you could try and forget all about your energies, your talents, and begin to focus on building the energy and talents of others more vigorously.  I do not know you, your habits, or daily activities, and forgive me for being presumpuious but maybe some volenteer work for the needy.  Instead of focusing on those things you no longer seem to have, cast an eye to those who seem to have lost everything.  In the shadow of those who have practically nothing your world might seem a little brighter. Especially if you help them feel better about theirs.  "We get what we give", is a common expression.  Perhaps you have your talents for that very reason, perhaps because of hard work on your part, or from good deeds in your very distant past, whatever the case the ledger is in the red, you need to balence it if you want things to return.  Maybe who knows.

Ofcoarse I have no real evidence to offer here, but I can tell you from experience that Negitive entities are by no means illusory a figment of imagination, or otherwise the production of the mind.  They are quite real, as real as I am, or shall I say, the effects they have on very real objects is as real as any effect I can exert on them.  I have a very active imagination but never before has it minipulated objects in the room and our hallway.  As far as their power I am by no means, arrogant enough to guess at its extent, in this plane or any other.  I know I have in the past been very much so heavily influenced and minipulated almost to the point of controled by these creatures and if that is not power I dont know what is.

I've been going at a small cyst on my leg thats been there for years, for about a month now and pretty regularly redoing it or touching it up.  So far no change. bummer[|)]

Its a little bit of work, but a good suggestion is to run a water hose, the bigger the better, under your bed coiled several times in large loops, out your window to a spicket and out again to drain. A small pump $45.00 will circulate the water easier.  They can't deal with running water espeially in a good volumn. A garden hose is nice and cheap, a smaller 1/4" hose works to.  If its bad enough you can buy a couple matress pads and acually run the hose under the pad, sleeping directly over the running water.  Also the body markings Rob Bruce mentions in his book psychic defence are very effecive.  Get a simmering pot and boil some fresh garlic.  And they cant stand childrens nurcery rymnes (sung by children), or bright white light.
And do not be afraid of them, They need you, not you them.  They are the weak ones, groveling in the dark like roaches.

What a sad notion, to so contritely consider yourself a vampire of anykind, especially of energy.  As if feeding off another could ever really quell your hunger for life.  Real feeding only comes from within YOURSELF, real nourshment for the soul demands cultivation from your own spiritual garden.  Plucking vegetables from your neighbors garden will leave you with the remnants of last years harvest a best, enough to keep you alive perhaps, but not to keep you going. If you wish to savor the sweetest energies you must first sacrifice your own, lay it at the feet of your neighbor and he or she in return will give you a part of this years crop not the dried up rotten scraps of years past, you once had to steal. And together you both can share them at the dinner table of life not scarf them down in shadowy recesses of hatred, ridicule and fear.  
   I have met these kind of people a few times and they are the easiest things in the world to deal with.  I always literally throw positive energy their way.  Smother them in it.  Even as they gorge themselves, the greedy little fish think its going to disappear like they will soon eat it all away.  But soon they lose taste for what never ends.  A healthy dose of understanding and endless giving of these energies and they start to realize it is safe for them to give as well and stop taking from that which they are better off creating for themselves.  Lesson learned in the Twilight Zone, har har
