A trace back at how these unproductive and negative responses were started, land right at your post.  You implied that every gold you touches turned into stone, you are self-fulfilling your own prophesy.

It's your own negativities that affect the world around you.  The way to solve this is through your mind, control your thoughts and you control your destiny.  No entity, negs, spirits, ghosts, demons can harm you if you do not allowed yourself to be harmed.  They might jolly well manifest in thin air and strangle you to death.

It was a wrong move to consult a remote viewer who told you "the problem" without giving you the solution.  A doctor does not diagnose and leave the patient to die and die faster by scaring him.

How can you tell if your remote viewer friend was telling you the truth or that she had viewed "it" correctly.  Are you seeking a second opinion by keeping the first a secret.

Many human beings in this world are like negs, they feed off from you by inducing fear.  The more you are scared, the more zeros they add to their bank account.

Life is full of ups and downs.  You are counting the downs and forgetting the ups.  And the more you focus on the downs, more downs are down the road for you.

How do you handle a neg or entity?  By giving yourself up.  Sounds ironical?  That's the fact.  Surrending your "self" and blessing those who wish you harm. Have compassion on them, their ignorant and the bad karma they have created for themselves, human and non-human alike.  The only problem is that you will not find a "self". That's the wisdom of Tonglen.

Remember, everything that happened is karma. Everything that will not happen is also karma.  No spell or curse works, if there is no condition in the first place. There is no need to dwell on anything else, they will only do you more harm and eventually make you insane.

Learn to let go of unwanted thoughts, do not entertain any or complete its "story".  Nothing can then be attached to you.

There is no cloud shroud like you imagine.  Everything was created because there were enough mass energy when enough people believe in it, you don't have to be part of the crowd.

Thank you for your suggestion.  I had built some of these generator myself based on Don Croft's formula.  But I'm not sure how effective are they in removing entities.

First of all, a Big Thank you for your help.

My purpose is to present an interesting case study for the group and to share my experience.

Somehow, someday, someone could have a similar encounter like this and it should come in handy.

The building is built around 1970-1980.  Not too old, I supposed.  I think the spirit in there is a middle-age Chinese lady.  Not necessary that the building was her previous home, she could be wandering before deciding to stay.  I feel that there many other spirits, some are old and quite powerful.

The building has three floors.  According to the previous occupants who sold bird-nest on the ground level, no human has ever been to level 2 and 3 for the past 3 years.  My office and the photos you saw are from the third floor.

I thought I captured an image of a face on the first photo.  Also the walls have many white lines running from top to bottom, which are not visible on naked eyes.

Hope to hear some comment.

daem0n, what karma are you talking about.  I don't see the previous experience as something harmful.  I have learnt a major lesson, valuable lesson that I am destined to learn.  Maybe this is the karma you are talking about.

If I am so down to mandane life and forget spiritual practice then problems will come for me to learn what I am supposed to learn this lifetime.

Life is a journey of lessons, and there are many lessons to learn in life.

If you are so consumed by fear due to previous experience and think that each new encounter is just the previous one coming back to haunt you, then you are forever living in illusion and can never get out of it.

Put down, let it go.  Life goes on.  Come on, more ghost, spirits and scary people who want to curse and harm you and take everything away from you.  Let them have it all, everything is emptiness, they cannot harm me and they don't.

I learn as much from these negs as I learnt from holy spirit beings, including my Gurus and Rinpoche.  The evil is not in contrast with the good, it is just a complement.  You learn one side to understand the other side, and eventually both sides dissolved into nothing.

Hello everyone,

Our company recently rented a building next to the current one and renovation had just completed.  My office is located at the 3rd storey of this new building.

I visited the new office several times even while it was under renovation.  As soon as I stepped on the 3rd storey, I felt I was entering a sphere of energy.

The temperature is much warmer, and there was some kind of pressure on weighing on me.  The place is simply suffocating, breathing was difficult.

These are signs of the presence of entities, and I knew they are there.  I would not detecting them there since the energies were overwhelming.  Enough to feel their presence.

The building is old and in the past 3 years, no human has been to the 2nd and 3rd storey, as I was told.

How could I attached photos of the new building and of the 3rd floor.  There are white curvy lines on the walls that were not visible on naked eyes.  I also spotted some beams and a ball of light.

Maybe someone could tell more stories than me.  And I would definitely request a space clearing from this group, since I am moving to this location next week.

I've just been discharged from hospital for typhoid fever and now still recuperating at home.

Covelo, thank you.  Yes, I do not deny that some of the problems are self-created thought-forms.  All these negatives thoughts were also consequence of falling prey to the maid's ploy of creating fear.

The last action taken was inviting a friend of mine to my house for energies clearing.  This friend is a young Muslim mystic and he studied under the Wali Sonong, believe it or not.

As soon as he stepped into my house he sensed an entity in the maid's room.  When he went in check it out, he saw in his psychic eyes a half-naked male with role tied around his neck.  Apparently, this person died of violent death and he suspect he was the ex-husband of the maid.  A walk around my house he spotted a jin in my study room that was sent by the maid.

My friend managed to capture both entities and trapped these in a plastic bottle of mineral water.  That bottle of water weighed heavier than it was before.

Subsequently, the maid's socerer attempted another attacked on my wife causing her to be unreasonably emotional.  I check this with my friend and he confronted the socerer in this meditation, who apologized for what happened after my friend warned him of the consequences if he continued to play prank with us.

When asked why the maid wanted to cause us harm, the socerer reply was that the maid didn't like to be told what to do.  She wanted to do things her way.  The fact is that she far from being smart to be trusted to do things her own way.  But we felt this is just excuse she gave to the socerer.  She is just wick and evil and wanted to cause family disharmony in others.

I am letting go of this situation and I trust that what goes around comes around.  I believe in the power of Jesus Christ in protecting me and my family.  I received a message the other day in Church that I left all the problems to Him and not to think about it anymore, He knows what to do with it.  In the name of Jesus Chirst, I call this the end, Amen.

I am lucky enough to blessed and be helped by authorities from three different religions.  Thank God.

Hi all,

The maid is finally gone since last week but ever since I am down with fever, feeling both hot and cold, also my solar plexus hurts.  I don't remember ever being sick for more than 3 days.

The maid left in a rush, which is very unusual.  Normally she would shake my hand, and apolgize for any mistake she made.  But this time, she did not even look into my eyes.  The way she left would remind you of someone who hurried off the scene after committing a crime.

I had a hard time clearing the energy in the house.  I tried tibetan incense, smudge, sprinkled holy water and even left two chunks of pork meat overnight in her room (this method is employed to counter muslim magicks).

But no matter how I clean, the smell that is distinctively hers is always next to me.  I tried to find the source but found that it is everywhere in the house.  I am feeling a pressence or negative energies that she left behind for the final devour.

Could any kind person help me see what she left behind and help me clear that if possible.

I feel that Sam deserves an explanation or a diagnosis of his experience instead of jumping in remedies.  I had a similar experience, when the maid was still in my house.  But unlike Sam, I felt a dark shield or dark cloud (energy) covering my third eye up to my entire forehead.  I felt enclosed and difficulty breathing.

Tried shooting beams from my third eye to dissolve that shield, tried pulling in white light from my crown and direct it out from my third eye, tried holding my reiki hand over my forehead, and eventually visualizing myself in my third eye pushing the shield like I am opening a wide window and jumping out of it.

Well, I cannot say the problem will never return but if it did, my solution is limited to my creative visualization.

I had enough, it's time to declare war on this very vague and confusing psychic attack.

This concerns a maid who lives with us. She came from a very remote mountainous village where lifestyles are still very primitive. People there go to witch doctors when they are sick or when they need problems to be solved.

The first time I laid my eyes on her, I felt uneasy about this lady. Not because of her "caveman" look but rather felt she is here to settle some psychic issue.

My sensitivity with energies is a consequence of some training in energies and I have been working with several systems in the past 3 years.

I had tried to ignore this issue since the initial attack was not serious, and I thought she was just a petty psychic vampire.
I changed my thought when I started to feel tingling sensations at specific spots on my back about one year ago.

I cannot determine what is the purpose of this attachment and I have tried many ways to resolve this including sending her healing energies, thinking positively and emptiness thought. None of these help and she is always giving me the look that says "you can't do anything to me".

A friend of mine who is more advance in psychic training visited me and did a scan on her. His conclusion was the maid has a psychic issue linked to her inheritance way back to her ancestor. She is now trying to establish a link with me and my family with the attachment of a psychic cord. He reminded me to remove the cord attachment daily.
The maid somehow knew she cannot manipulate me, turned her attention to my wife.  My wife is a simple person who do not believe in anything paranormal. I did a test on her and found that she is very prone to psychic influence.  My wife is protecting the presence of the maid at home and we often ended up with quarrels whenever I justify the maid should not remain in our house with psychic reasons.
I can feel that the maid is establishing a strong connection with my wife and is now easily under influence.

I am loss as to what I could do.  I cannot be a sitting prey waiting to be devoured when the time matures.

Could any kind person please help me in this very urgent crisis.
I am still confuse as to the purpose of this psychic attack and what I could do to put an end to all these and live life peacefully.

The air is thick in her room and she has a very distinctive odour of an animal. I am sorry to say that. But I hope the description could be helpful.

Believe me, I know exactly how you feel. In fact I am still under this form of attack.  But I think you've won half the battle by recognizing it.

Be it psychic attack or not, I believe everyone in this world goes through negative thoughts everyday.  But the characteristics of it being psychic include

1) frequent repetition within a short span of time,
2) the same kind of thoughts with little variation,
3) the negative thoughts weaken your chakra (except the heart and solar plexus) and you can feel the straining and tight feeling on the chakra,
4) It usual concerns a past trauma that you have not gotten over with.
5) It hit right at your emotion.

I can think of these at the moment.

The very first thing to do is be <MINDFUL>. If you practice buddhist meditation you should know what I mean. In your meditation you let your thoughts flow like a river, never chase a thought no matter how tempering it is.  The thing about this kind of thought is that it comes with a sweet coating, that makes you want to entertain it. This makes ignoring it difficult and it calls for very strong willpower.

Take it this way, the thoughts are nothing but an enemy scolding you an "as*hole" (*) (a picture speaks thousand words). What do you do? Of course you ignore it because you wouldn't turn into a human walking (*) with the words.  If you reacted angrily, you fell into the trap of that enemy.

Remember, as soon as you recognise that thought coming inside you. Say STOP to yourself and that's as far as it can go.  It is not easy, it takes character, willpower and strength.  But you knew it's nature so why open door for the attack?  God gave us free will, don't let demon take that away from you.

This is no about suppressing the thoughts.  Firstly, you need to resolve the issue yourself. Sit down alone in a quiet room, light an incense, and think about the problem. Why is there such a thought or fantasy.  Having weird fantasy is common for everyone, you think yours is a sin, try comparing with mine.  If it concerns some experience of yourself or your loved ones and you could not get over with what happened, think again. Everything happened for a reason. It happened because of karma.  Like it or not, cause and effect.  You need to forgive yourself and others.  Forgive and give thanks. Forgive because everyone acted out of illusion, give thanks because you learnt.

ONCE YOU HAVE RESOLVED THE ISSUE YOURSELF (YOU ARE PROBABLY TIRED AND DRAINED), WRITE DOWN ON A PIECE OF PAPER SAYING THAT THE ISSUE HAS BEEN RESOLVED AND SIGNED IT AND INCLUDES THE DATE.  SEAL IT IN ANY ENVELOP. So whatever the thoughts arising, remember the envelop and tell yourself, "see, the issue has been resolve.  No need to think about it anymore".

We are here to learn, everything in this world is like a dream, why take it so seriously.  My childhood seems like a blink of an eye ago, and the next blink I am an old man.  The only difference is what I've learnt about this life and what I can take away with me, and submit my report card to God.

Next you need to roughly guess the person launching the attack on you. Not to revenge but possibly resolve any issues between you and that person.  If no human was involve that it's like to be a roaming neg that saw the opening for attack.  Another possibility is a mind control by some institution or organization. Have you join any new age group recently? NLP perhaps. Always be careful about shrink and hypnotist.

These thoughts originates from you, and you are the only person who can resolve it.  Remember you have these thoughts because you took illusion for reality.

Through my own experience, I am at awe on how thoughts can be easily implanted into me.  There is a voice that speaks directly to me, or a thought suggested by some events, or even direct manipulation of your chakra to release the toxic emotional imprint.

If you are Reiki attuned, heal yourself more than once a day particularly on your solar plexus. Use the symbol SHK and put a CKR on top of it.  Heal your chakra, make them spin in high frequencies.  These negative thoughts arouse negative emotions that lower your frequencies, making you easier target for subsequent attack on your energy field.

Come on friend, you are not alone.  Let's learn from this and get out of it a stronger man.

By the way, why draw energy from the ground?  Why not top down instead of bottom up?  Energy from above is more pure and clean, I am not sure about the energy from below.  Sorry to make that distinction, actually there is no above and below, all are energies. But then again.......

Yes, I have always been thinking about laying out water barrier around my house and seems like this can only happen on my next house.

Actually its not that difficult to lay water barrier for just one room.  Like Rastus said, just a normal pond pump and a long enough clear flexible tube that is laid along the perimeter of the room.  Well there has to be a water point where water is collected and pumped out again.

Hi Mira,  just be careful with the magnetic blanket.  Your daughter is still young, I am worried that it might affect her natural magnetic flow.  Try making some HHG or orgone generator.  I got one orgone pendant from ebay and I have to say it works well.  I feel it strength my aura field.

Get good quality crystal quartz and use natural resin.  I can send you a formula given to me by a guy much into orgone stuff.

Dear Mira, you are in your late 20s aren't you?  Fair skin and curly hair?

I have seen many miracles happened in the name of the Christ.  Although I am not a Christain, holy spirits have worked on me and always surround me whenever I am in the Church accompanying my wife. Just cannot hold back the tears and the touch of the heart.

Continue to find strength in God through Jesus Christ.  Like I learnt, every adversity is eventually a blessings.

Your daughter will eventually grow out of that seizure.  The human brain is a wonderful thing.  I don't believe in brain damage. Cut half the brain out and a person still function properly.

I myself had a serious head injury 4 years ago and nearly died. Doctors had to saw my skull open to clean up the bleeding.  I survived literally on machines that pumped blood for me.  Doctors predicted if I were ever get out of coma it would be at least 1 week.  But thanks to Guru Rinpoche, I woke up 6 hours after the operation.  I had visions during the coma and I lifted off and fly to some place, I experience something that made me strong in faith to my religion that is Tibetan Buddhism.

Ask your priest to do a exorcism if you could.  Obviously the target is your child and she is weak at the moment that provided the negs opportunity.

Hey guys, you believe it or not.  After reading Mathias post about iron, I went immediately to where the iron is located and found it lying flat.  So I made the iron stand as it should be, facing the maid's room.  The iron is just outside the maid's room.

You know what?  The maid woke up from the bed just to put the iron flat down again.  It's 1.30am now and she usually sleeps at 11.00pm.  Call this effective or call this coincidence, it's up to you.  But this was exact what happened 5 minutes ago.

By the way Mira, you have not told us about your condition.  What is happening to you and your child.  Going through negs attack made me more sympathetic to people with such experience.

There are two schools that branched out from the orgone technology.  One is Ernie from Vega Chi Generator and is Karl Hans Welz. Everyday I got insight from here and there, there is a synchronicity happening and I am learning or re-learning something here.

As I am typing now, I am slowly working on the fear that struck me so hard two minutes ago.  I learnt to recognise it, know which part of my body it arose, and the possible causes of it.  But now instead of fighting it and suppress it with anger, I acknowledge it, I observe it, and I question it.  Like you said, I too believe that enemies or nasty things that happened are our true benefactors.  They benefit us more than any worthy teacher would.  You truly learn with direct experience and these nasty experiences are just the opposite side of the coin, you only need to flip it.

I see many people married and divorced over and over again and each time the same problem happens and the lead them through another cycle.  Problem will never cease, as long as the condition that cause it to arise, prevails.

I am not giving advise, I am the least qualified person to do this.  I am sharing what I've learnt over the past months about myself.  The "neg" taught me and sharpened my mindfulness.  I am aware of almost every thoughts that arise in my mind, and I have a choice whether to react to them or discard them. In any case, unless it's a divine inspiration, no thought is worth chasing after.  Everthing boils down to zero.

The "neg" has ingeniously manipulated my emotions to weaken my defense, by implanting a negative thoughts that cause negative emotions or releasing the emotion by direct exertion on the chakras that store all my emotional traces.

If energy is all it wanted, then it is unlimited from the Supreme source.  The more I give, the more I get.  If it ever triggers a karma effect, then it would have to pay back in multiple times.  In any case it requires no action from me.

All forms are illusion. These include emotion, pride and ego.  The real challenge in everyday life is to perceive "reality" in its ultimate reality, that is, emptiness, illusions.  We are not as awake now as we were in dreams.  I just feel that every experience in life is teaching us about this ultimate reality.  As long as we see illusion as reality, we are causing our own sufferings.

The difference between you and me, is the same difference between me and the same me split seconds ago.

I think one of the most effective ways to weaken someone's defense is by manipulating the emotions.

Based on the upbring and traumatic experience, everyone has dominant negative emotions, it could be anger, jealousy, depression, suspicious, fear, etc.  The mind is then bombarded with thoughts to arouse such negative emotions.  This could be done indirectly, meaning that negative emotions could be stimulated by people around you, when these people are agents of the manipulations.

I am seeing the picture now.  But I thank her for this valuable lesson. If not for the unusual frequency of negative thoughts that entered my mind, and the consistency sensation on the solar plexus each time I surrendered to these negative emotions, I wouldn't have suspected this mode of attack.

But I am curious how could one's mind be influenced or suggested to act in certain way?

So what is next after getting rid of fear and other negative emotions?

I am now safe?
