what is it you seek?

do you feel any emotions when this happens?Do you feel your being attacked?Is there any thoughts in your mind before hand...like seconds before hand?You may be creating these yourself and it could be linked to your emotions. ask yourself those ?'s and get back to me.

your mind is in full control!!!!. I also exspereince strange sounds, honestly I beleive it is spirits in the other realms, because I can feel their energy around me and in other rooms.I usually ignore them and drift off or leave my body shortly after I hear the sounds, They could also be your minds productions giving you signals that you are ready to leave to another state"sleep"
Another thing is when everything is shut off and quiet you are more apt to hear things you normally would not hear, which is a good thing, perhaps you should take a moment to relax and just lay there listening to soft music playing and let the music take you to another world, once you do this a few times, you will incorperate music on all levels of the mind, also as a musician I know music enhances and opens the mind to new doorways!!!!! try it.[][]
