You should take that "frequentness" as a gift because they are chances for you to examine your skills and what not so that so may have better control and so that it WONT be bothersome anymore.

i finally got to register to this forum :)

but anyway, i read about that meditation technique somewhere a couple days back and last night i tried it. i started by visualizing myself to the time when my day started but in another point of view. sort of like im watching myself. i watched myself get up and i also watched my thoughts at the time. i walked myself through the day although sometimes i'd skip parts accidentally but then i just kinda added it in to my visualizing. towards the end, i watch myself up until the present moment where I am meditating. i then sat in front of myself and then slowly visualizing my consciousness now, blending in with the myself as I am visualizing it. i hope that wasnt too confusing. kinda like looking at a mirror and blending myself with the one in the mirror, feeling the blending. the key here is to have a clear image of you as you are observing yourself through the day. kinda like replaying a video tape. when i reach the end, i felt like i was in a deep relaxed state, both body and mind. i wasnt lying in my bed but rather in a sitting buddha type position. success in my goal which was to try that new technique i read about.
