Does anyone know how to 'get in touch' with ones guide without being in the astral plane?  So far Ive only been able to reach F12...  Actually, Im now starting to get stuck in F10 and not be able to reach F12, but I figure with more practice it'll come easier.

The move from BC to AB was the bigger city move.  It was great. But I had to return for college.  And about Jer & I.  I did something stupid while I was drunk a couple nights ago and sent him an email...  We're slightly talking about it right now, things are looking up.  Kinda?

 To let you know, its a mix and match kind of thing for everyone. Just like one str8 guy is a romantic, or love football, works that way for gay guyz too.  It just depends on the person.

 Its not a choice?  Who in their right mind would want to be gay?  Do You know how much societial pressure,  assaults and suicides are based just on the fact that you're gay?


 And Jeremy and I both basically know how we feel, but we keep the emotions seperated.  Mostly.  He knows I miss him.   But the main reason why we broke up is because I moved to a different province for four months (from BC to AB), time was up August 1st, and I came home for college (BC).
So what keeps us apart is money, and the fact that he's miserable doesnt help (with his living situation...  he wants to be in BC, but in a different city than me, and he cant afford to move yet)

Killing cats?

There is someone in my city who is going around killing cats..  Just not killing, decapatating or spliting them in two.   Disgusting.  He leaves the bodies on the owners lawns to find in the morning.  The cops thought they found him, but its still contiuning

Fasting sounds like a good idea to help with the OBE process, and I would love to give it a whirl.... except....
Well, lets just say Im 6'1, and only 140lbs.  So I need all the weight I can gain.  I actually loose weight a lot easier than I can gain it, and Im afriad that if I fast, it'll be a challenge to actually put the weight back on.

Last night I was speaking to a friend of mine about how I want to astral travel and visit the Akashic library, and possibly look up my past lifes or maybe even future lifes....  She then told me that while in the Akashic library you can view anything, except for something about yourself, so you need someone to get the records for you?


Any ideas on this???

Hey everyone

My name is Justin, and this is the first time Im posting on here.  Anyways, thats not important.  I've been periodically through the past three or four years tried to astral travel and havent been able to yet.  
I came across this web site only a few days ago, and found this thread relating to the BrainWave Generator sounds.  I found this quiet interesting and I was like, hey, why not give it a try.  So, after a couple hours of searching, I found a crack for the program, and imported brain sync files.
Tonight I was listening to "The Trip", and WOW.  Ive read a lot of different methods to project, none successful for me.  But listening to this brought me within 15 minutes, not only into a deep Focus 10, but past that and into the Focus 12.  Which Ive never managed to reach.  It was great, and I cant wait to try it more and actually project.   Actually, the only reason why Im posting right now is because my first attempt brought me to F12, and then I started getting excited, I could start feeling my heart just pounding in my chest, and it woke my body up.  So, of course, I took a short walk, and tried again.  Again with the excitment when I reached F12.  Alias, I need to get use to it, but I would like the creator of the brain sync to know that Im grateful for this, thanks.
