Doesn't deep breathing interfere with the sleep paralysis?
Everytime I try an OBE I get to such a relaxed state I can hardly feel my breathing and my mind is like getting restless as if it doesn't allow me to relax more without the sense of breathing, like a safety mechanism. I think you have to get past this to achieve body asleep mind awake state. (anyone shares this feeling?)
I wonder if you breath "abnormally" deep you get relaxed allright but your body senses the movement of your chest and so how could you possibly sleep your body forcing it to breath deep?
I think you can do it for a while but have to stop it to allow your body to sleep.
Greetings, Jimmy
