Here are some advices based on my personal experience.

Indeed, being human and having a healthy sexuality is important. It is related to being grounded, which is in my opinion a step to be fulfilled along your spiritual path.

Masturbation is a terrible energy loss : it deprives you of some electric fluid that should go up along the above energy centers.

When you have sex with a woman, the magnetic fluid that she looses get inside your lower chakras, and your electric fluid goes inside her aswell, so you see, both of you get some energy exchanged -- and if you turn her on a lot you might actually gain some energy lol.


Now... you needa find some girl, and you have two different options :

1- The Mr. Everybody Way : you learn how to behave as an earthly human being, you go in nightclubs, approach girls and do it the harsh way like everyone else. If you have too many inner blockings and if you are too shy, then get a job and offer yourself an NLP therapy in an institute next to you. Otherwise learn self-hypnosis and NLP all by yourself. 2- The "Psychic" Way : you learn about Mind Power, or if you're really serious about it, you learn Hermetics, and you get yourself your dream girl after months or years of study. Hey all !

I want to comment what has been said about the Thymus chakra. I have had some recent experiences with that energy center :

- It is situated at equal distance between the heart and the throat chakras. I wonder why it's not cataloged as a major energy center because it's quite big and important (btw, I wonder the same about the chakras situated between the belly chakra and the solar plexus chakra).
- One of its strongest aspects is innocence.
- It gets online when the active part of the heart chakra has been opened (that is, when you can decide on your own to love something on purpose).
- When the heart chakra is full of self-unconditional love, several energy blockings are removed in the chest and the Thymus chakra start to manifest.
- For all Christians around here, this chakra is VERY important. Since it's related to innocence, I guess you understood why

17- I thought Kundalini was to put an end to the reincarnation cycle of an individual, by reaching the crown chakra ? How can you still be among us when the Kundalini Dragon awoke in you as you were that Scottish boy in a previous life ? Or perhaps didn't it reach the crown chakra ?

18- Also, do you think you may have new spiritual or cosmic consciousness experiences in the future ? Do you have new Kundalini explosions sometimes ?


I have the intuition that it's all about having limits. Diminish or even remove some of your limits, and allow yourself to be open to the new - that's the key for me now, and we discuss about it these days in the other thread about letting go : it's all about letting go and being open to the new, as Jeshua said.

I think a good idea would be to write down all one's philosophical limits (which are consciousness limits) and then plan to dissolve them. I mean... in another context, why is the soldier on the battlefield dying ? because of his limiting beliefs - in life in general, but about all his ESP potential that could potentially save his life if he just accepted its existence. And what is the first step towards healing one's mind ? Becoming aware of the seriousness of one's own situation.

Hi all !

Ok I have had this recent energy problem : as soon as I'm sitting or lying on my bed, I have huge energy rushes flowing up my body.  Especially the back and the back of the brain, as well as the top of the head.

This should be a great thing but the problem is that my nerves tense A LOT when the energy flows. They tense so much that it makes me exhausted.

I am so tired of all this that I have to sleep about 10 hours a night, which is not natural for me. And during those 10 hours I dream ALL the time (and very intense emotional dreams), so that when I wake up I don't feel relaxed at all...

Thoughts ?

I don't understand how to "surrender", or to "let go" ? I mean ... let go of what ? and surrender to who ?

If I want to surrender to God, how can I do that ?
