having trouble breathing while trying to project.....the first time i tried to project icouldn't breath at all during sleep paralysis,as soon as i seperated i caught my breath and had an experience(it was great)although i don't know what the little blue ball of light was hovering just above the floor,anyway the next time i tried i couldn't breath again and i was seperated from my physical body,i couldn't see anthing either but i know i sperated because i felt the process......iguess i'm just wondering if anyone ever had experiences like these,that would be able to help me thanx.
