good evening everyone!
this is my first post, so hopefully i wont sound stupid, i kinda need practice. but anyways, ive known about these types of things for a few years due to the fact that my 3 best freinds turned out to be wiccans, which led to me abandening christianity, becoming agnostic, and learning a lot of fasinating things about the astral plane and special ablilities. but anyways, i havent been able to go astral (yet)
but im working on it! ive noticed that recently, when i relax all my muscles completely, they feels almost like they're clenched, but they arent. also, once i feel that through my body, and my mind feels (im not sure what it feels like, but its just a feeling that its the right time to try) i visulized my heart chakra glowing and humming and i felt waht seemed like a rippling vibration there that spread throughout my chest. needless to say, i was kinda amazed but not a bit scared! in fact, i was grinning like a lunatic and felt very happy. ive done it a second time too, that time visulizing a minor chakra in my right hand vibrating, and then visulizing the energy it produced awakening other ones nearby. it casued a ripple sensation like the previous time that spread up my whole arm!
but anyways, now for the question.
i couldnt go astral, though i tried. am i doing things right, or is this something different? not sure...any help is appreciated!
