When I was younger I made ouija boards out of card board boxes and plastic cup tops and they worked great.  Sometimes, my friends and I would designate a salt shaker as "yes" and a pepper shaker as "no"  on restuarant tables and ask whatever be on the other side simple yes/no questions and it always worked. fun stuff. fun stuff.

as a lurker, I am with mr. 666 all the way thru this thread.  His questions and tone completely mirror where my mind is on this whole spirit guide topic. Honestly, if spirit guides do exsist...not to be egotistical or anything, but I feel I should giving my guides advice, not the other way around.

I've tried binaural beats a few times in one hour sessions, and while ultra-relaxing I have not noticed anything more then ultra trippy patterns while my eyes are closed(to produce a similar effect shut your eyes and rub them).  The only thing I can reference to are s-obes I've had, and the binaural didn't come close(can't even compare the two).  But hey, I'm a newbatron, with very little experience in binaural imagination or conscious controlled obe.  It is ultra intriguing the things that Robert Monroe and Bruce Moen claimed to have achieved using this tech.

I understand where this guy is coming from, as I would love to experience some remarkable paranormal activity...with a catch.  I frighten easily, and since this stuff is REAL, I want it to be on my terms in a safe and non-threatening fashion.  Somehow, I think some paranormal forces wouldn't be so accommodating, especially my own subconscious.

I've considered going to a sleep lab but if it really runs 4k I think I'll have to pass.  I've had spontaneous-Obes for the past 6 years and only could identify them as "OBEs" in the past two months(had no clue what they where before, thought of it as a conscious blackout...what an oxymoron O_o).  Anyways since I now know their nature as OBEs, the projections are occurring at least every two days now as opposed once every 6 months as before.  The only thing I can really do that is comforting, is trying to sleep in sunlight as cuts down on the terror of becoming a vibration instead of a physical human.  I also was getting HEAVY sleep paralysis due to the terror, but since I now have more of an understanding as what is occurring I have less fear and the paralysis has almost subsided.  Since I don't really have 4k for docs to pick my brain, I think I'll just accept what it is and try get used to the s-obes.

Questions for Micheal:

According a vast number of growing sources, like the Elias Digest, we human spirits created all there is, and concepts such as yourself(arch-angels) are the trappings of belief systems that are powerful but actually not real(in the ultimate truth sense) or necessary to subscribe to.  According to, and imho the most acceptable, philosophies, my/our(human) consciousness is far greater then yours because in essence we created you and god, and you only can exist if belief in you continues.  So on this note, I/we would ultimately be your god because you could only exist if a collective chooses to give you existence?  These would seem the case as if there is no time or space in the "higher self's" existence then all it's incarnations would be existing simultaneously, thus causing the higher self to automatically be in it's so called "highest state".
