I'm having problems maintain and not shifting from place to place in astral. how do I maintain a focus mind and not shift from place to place. and how do I move my hands arms, and body?

The other day I was gonna go to sleep when I felt this bubbling sensation in my stomach, and it kept me up for most of the night. In the morning when I had woken up, the sensation of moving water was going up from the bubbling in my stomach to my head and I felt very light head. It's weird but it reminded me of rushing water at my throat that one time and was wondering if I should be paying more attention to this or not. And can anyone explain the bubbling sensation, it was like I was floating most of the day or walking in a day dream. Very light on my feet. Weird...

Interesting... Well for me it's like really based on where I feel emotional I want to be even thought physically I can't be there. My first astral experience is kinda vivid. I remember doing some activity with my guy friend who was in astral I could feel his chest, his lips and my body has electricity all over it. I was great but I could maintain my sight for long and passed out. When I woke up, I felt okay. I felt almost like I was on a high from it. Because I touched something and it triggered a premonition. I saw a door, which was weird to began with. I came back. I had this sudden urge to go to the bathroom and went to my door. Then it happened, I was gonna blink but then I closed my eyes. I was somewhere else, a red color kinda covered everything and I was trapped in the corner or some room. Trying to open the door and then something came from behind me. I got scared then turn half way around and I was back. Weird but that was the start of something for my precognition wise that would lead into clairvoyance.

As my mind wonders to the ceilings I can see reflections at first of things then clear on the wall of the ceiling. I can see these' people who have in some ways been attacking my and they are in astral. I can see them like shadows, the shapes around them. I can use that image I get of them to find there physical location but, I seem to be limited to how far I can go physically with bi-location, and see as in remote viewing seem to have no limit to where I can be in the world. I was also wondering if maybe clairvoyance will open up the other ability like clairgustance, clairofactune, cliarsentience, and clairaudience?

but would that just be kinda like bi-location without the astral body, just the mind.

Anyone alive out there. I was wondering because I might be getting a form of ap called remote viewing... connect with it in as to see a person but not a location.

also some people are more open then others... making it easier for a person like me to pick up on random thoughts and emotions which on on the surface of a person' mind.  

I was wondering if anyone knew how to work this ability in conjunction with Remote viewing.

I was wondering if anyone know how to control or help me control the urge to separate that is create before the split. I wanted to know if those urges can be control and then used to trigger my ability and how to control and channel them in that way.

I was wondering if it was possible to astral projection my real time double and then just the mental astral of it, kinda like a thought form kinda astral projection. Does anyone think it's possible?

I was wondering if anyone has problems with reintegration in this particular case of astral projection. As I seem to have to recollection of what my physical body is actually doing at the time I'm split from it. Kinda weird because I was running and I closed my eyes and I was somewhere else. Then I even walked around a bit and then had the urge to close my eyes and I was back standing there where I was at before, almost a little light feeling in my body and more clam not as tense as I was before it happened... Could anyone explain why there seemed to be no memory integration on both copies of the mind?

So three seconds ahead that's cool, wish I could do that. For me it's like 3 weeks to six months. What good about the scrying thing for him is he can try using it as a projected vision instead of it been in his mind' eye when he see's it. Projected like onto a surface, like water, a mirror, or a crystal ball. which can allow the scrying ability to come into play, or figure out if he can trigger it. I mean if he can figure out a way to work with energy, he can trigger it. Maybe he can explain what events happen before and after he see' it. so I can better understand the aspect of it. Help him more.

what I can't do is throw wind from my hands, now that would be great. It mostly affect by me giving energy directly from my body and throwing it forward or backwards to get the winds to gust up. Weird thou...

anything from a small gust of wind to a full blown gust of wind can help improve the environment... fresher air... hehe...
