As to your answer, i hope you understood my intention to travel the world with someone on the astral plane, i didnt mean meet up with someone while they are still in the physical plane (sorry if i wasnt clear).

& yea, i'm definitely...'prepared' to go through all that. I'd already like to consider myself at a higher consciousness than the majority of the world, mostly perspective wise, so i hope that can help me through this 'rabbit hole' & i also dont plan on doing it alone, like i said i really just want to experience the human potential; love & all.

& also, if you could let me know if my arm moving was a sign or coincidence?

Hey guys. Ive always been interested in the mysteries/wonders of the universe & human mind/body but its been up & til now that ive decided i want to learn to AP.

Basically, i have a few questions i'd like to get answered from a few experienced people.

Most importantly, i'd like to know the best book to begin with & the best follow up book.

Thats my main question, but i'd also like to know a few things about AP, like: Can i meet up with people i know in the physical plane (like a friend)?, Can i travel the world, & ultimately the moon?.

Finally, i tried a technique i read on here a few nights ago, & i fell asleep less than a few minutes or so but i didnt dream or anything that i can remember but i was woken by my arm movingon its own, is that a possible sign or just a coincidence?

Anyways, id really like to get those questions answered so i can begin my journey to self discovery, live upto my full potential,  & the reason i decided to dive into this is to travel the universe with a partner:)
