Ive been thinking.....
Is it necessary to use your breath to move energy around the body or is it just as effective to use your mind and sense of feeling alone.
Im into my 3rd week and find that sometimes when doing the energy raising, i have inhaled a full breath before i have feelings of energy arriving at my head. This doesnt allow for a natural breathing pattern.
I can do it fine if just feeling my way around with the mind alone.
Any thoughts??
