Hi all I have had trouble with anxiety attacks most of my life which is the flight or flight response going off when there is no reason for it to go off for it will happen every minut or so and by the time one is finally ending there is another just eround the corner,and i tried going off my meds a few months ago but the anxiety came back so i was forced to go back on them,due to not being able to function at all normally in daily activities.so what i was wondering is,has anyone been on any type of meds like Zoloft or paxil and still had no problem astral projecting?for i have been trying to astral project with Ophiels astral projection methods in his book for two years,with no more than a few lucid dreams,even tho i practice daily to astral project for about two houres including the methods he tells you to use before trying to project.which take about an hour every day.astral projection has been a thing which has pulled me to it,i feel the strong need to be able to consciously astral project.so i am wondering what is the problem,and hoping its just that i have not found the right method for me as of yet.so if anyone can help me out with my questions please do,,thanks,,Steve

Hi everyone i just wanted to see if anyone has had the same hard time as me with some methods for astral projection?Ok so i have been trying to astral project for two years now with ophiels book art and practice of astral projection,and all i have gotten so far is a few lucid dreams,even tho i have been doing the methods for astral projection in his book every day for two years missing the odd day hear and there.But gave all my efforts and nothing in return which has gotten me quite frustrated,for i have spent sooooo much time on his methods which have not done a thing for me,that i know of.so what im wondering is if anyone els has had the same problems with his methods?but were able to project with other methods?Thanks ,,,Steve

Hi all i have been using Ophiels art and practice of astral projection the past two years and have had anly a few lucid dreams from all my efforts every day for th past two years so i am moving on to Robert Bruces methods.I dont want to ask you for a copy manuel but i will,,,for i am quite light in the wallet and really want to get a new astral projection book
