I guess this would qualify as an encounter with higher beings....although on the physical plane.My first post was about meeting my spirit guides, though at the moment Ive never really had an obe or at least I dont remember any.          I cant hear my guides speak or see them yet, but I can feel them and every night I do an active meditation with them ,sort of like tai chi .... they guide my hands and move my body with gentle pushing and Im getting the idea that they are trying to make me aware of my energy body,now things have changed a little My hands dont get moved around and I am absorbing energy waves,creating balls of gold energyIn my hands(I can see the energy when I close my eyes)Its kind of weird I cant visualize or create pictures in my minds eye but when I do this energy stuff I close my eyes and I see very definate colours and some shapes.when I open my eyes I see what appears to be fairly faint milky white,blueish flame comiming from my hands and body and also see something resembling heat waves at certain places in the room.A few weeks ago I was doing a meditation with my guides with closed eyes and realized I was looking at the tip of a reddish gold sword I focussed on the sword a bit and found it to be a two handed sword then I realised I was  holding it though it was weightless and couldnt be seen with the physical eye I was holding the handle with my left hand and my right hand was being guided up the sharp sword end...giving me an idea of its length.And now lately I have been doing standing meditations with my guides and though Im standing still I get the feeling of moving forward and backward and side to side do you reckon this is like a loosening of my astral body? I dont know what that feels like so maybe someone reading this can tell me                                                                                                                         I often wonder why I am being shown these things as I have said before I feel like there Is a big puzzle for me to solve....... your thoughts??

Hi all, just looking for some feedback from others on some of my experiences...Ive never had much interest in this type of thing before but around christmas time last year my spirit guides made themselves known to me.There is a lot more to this story than Im writing but to cut a long story short I was doing security work at an airbase one night and from the result of some ghostly experiences I found out a workmate was clairvoyant.            the whole night had a weird feeling to it...just knew something was gonna happen and it did..I started to hear the tin roof of the work office crackling like someone was standing on it,only myself and the clairvoyant where aware of it,seemed like no one else could hear it the clairvoyant knew what was going on and told me someone wants to meet you,I was hesitant at first when a wild fox came across the road to the service counter,my workmate said to follow it so I did,the fox was leading me I tested this (cause I felt silly following a fox )by standing still whenever I did this it would stop turn around wait for me to walk to it.The fox led me to a clearing where I had an experience of some type of energy vortex coming from the ground,my hands started filling with energy and I was aware that I was holding hands with someone....one of my spirit guides! he proceeded to manipulate my arms and hands slowly and allowing me to experience some of the energy I will be working with in the future.Ive come to realize Im going through some sort of intitiation and I have been working with my guides for around 7mths gathering whatever information apealls to me,I cant help but feel I have one huge big puzzle to figure out.                                                                              Anyway this is just a little of my experiences over the past 7 mths. I would like to get input from anyone reading this..please share your thoughts and experiences!

guys I cant exactly answer your question on how to have your guides assist you in acheiving obe's,perhaps the only advice I can offer is to have faith that they are with you always and they will guide, inspire and protect you (just ask them!) . My guides made themselves known to me I cant see or hear them but I know when I am being given messages.I didnt knowingly summon them and over the last few nights Ive been asking them what they need me to do, tonight I got my answer.... I was doing a standing meditation and asked what they want me to do when my vibrations started to build and I had that cobwebbing feel on my face and I felt my heart chakra starting to pound I allowed my consciousness to move forward a little and started to feel my self exiting my body...but I stopped and let it be for now,will try again tommorrow.So thats about as close as I can get to answering your question !!
