Hi, i am interested in opening my 3rd eye and would like to know what has help you the most in getting it to open? I see green fog/mist and just started to make sound with my throat to get it to open. Has anyone heard of or used a weaver? I have a 3" or 4" silver rainbow one that does some amazing things. Anyway, this is my first post and think/feel that I need to open and understand my 3rd eye before moving on to OBE/Astral projection. I've projected twice. Once in 1984 and march 2012.
