I think I started to astral project or have an OBE, but before I could I got real excited and couldn't concentrate. Anyways, when it started my hands started to vibrate, so my question is: can u astral project if just ur hands vibrate or does ur whole body have to?

It should be, I don't think why not. Give it a try and tell us if it worked or not.

Hey, welcome to the forums. Glad you've joined.

This has happened to me numerous times and still does to this day. Every once in a while, I will have a dream about meeting someone and getting to know them very well, then the next day I will meet them either at school or somewhere else I go frequently. I can't explain it and was hoping someone would be able to, but I think it's a way for me to get ready to meet them. That's how I met one of my best friends. Erie isn't it.

Welcome to Out of Body Experiences! / De Ja Vu
June 09, 2005, 14:02:47
This is most-likely not correct, but here's some input from myself. :D

Of course we know that Deja Vu is one of the most complicated happenings in the world...or at least from where I stand and what I have heard. There are many theories proposed by scholars, genius'(would probably go along with scholars now wouldn't it?), and random people. Theories often having something about the brain structure or you having a memory lapse and *blah**blah**blah**blah*. My opinion on the matter is that Deja Vu has something behind it, if you're having Deja Vu then there must be some importance in that scene. I don't think it would happen if there was no reason.

Well, there's my insight. Enjoy!!!

QuoteTime is definitely real. Our physical bodies exist in this 3d world. Time is the next dimension - the 4th.

Even though time is considerably real, does that mean that there has to be a beginning and an end to it? Yea, yea it's been foreseen, people have envisioned it and a whole bunch of other stuff existing in unknown times and places, doesn't mean it's true!!!! Have any insight on this?

Nice to have you with us!!

What technique do you use to AP when you wake up?
#20
From my experience with AP, if I try to move physically all it does is bring me out of the state i'm in whether it be a trance or deep relaxation. Usually I get the best results from trying to move mentally, but since it is different for everyone I suggest that you experiment with different techniques. Hope it helped.

Okay, I guess I won't try with music then. I'll just try the Silva Method once you post about it. Thanks anyway.
