Anyways...one of the reasons I`m posting this...is to point out that usually difficulties with the opposite sex lies in the assumption that they are so different than us. Besides the obvious differences, both girls and guys are all the same...

I think besides the falling in love part of course..it`s important to demystify the whole courting part a bit...you`ll feel more comfortable..more like yourself..and it avoids a whole lot of other difficulties..

  You hear people talking about magical attack to defend yourself. In my experience this is a big mistake. You never do anything that can be reversed, If it can be sent back to you then you are doing the wrong thing. You also do not do anything that can cause you to violate any rules of behavior where it will be returned to you even if you are defending someone.
  Things that are worthwhile to do are bindings so the person may harm no one else. You are really doing them a favor as the person is unable to make their karma bad. You can reverse things but you should not direct it at anyone or be angry doing it. You just sent it back where it came.
  You can shield and protect yourself. Anything else you would do would make you as bad as the person who is doing the harm in the first place. You would then get less karma by having a fist fight with him.
  Now on fighting demons I have also read that demons can be destroyed. I know this to be fallacious because the connections to this plane may be destroyed but no one upon earth can destroy a creation of God.

  You undo any magic that you did that is bringing repercussions upon you. I would suggest a ceremony on the day of Saturn which is Saturday. Undoing what you did and apologizing for it can be a big help.

no i didnt type out everything that just so happends to have happened exactly when i casted the spell..  it wasnt mental because i had NEVER heard of the 3-fold law. the reason why i know about it now is because of what happened to me. it would take me all damn day to type it out, the earlier post was just a long story short, but obviously people will not understand unless they know exactly what happened so it doesnt seem that way to them.  I am damn sure it DOES exist. i can see you seeing it that way about the "love spell" i was using as an example., but that was just an example, possibly a bad one. 3-fold isnt what it seems as far as coming directly toward you, but it is actually your life changing, almost like bad luck but alot worse, see what i am saying. cast a spell on your enemy make him go mad and drive off a cliff you will see exactly what i am talking about, but i am quite sure you wouldnt want to do that, right

i posted somewhere sharing my "3 fold" experiences. i'll try and dig it up for you. yes it does exsist. the only thing i had done was, well let me start off my saying my fiance i was with for 8 years and had my daughter with left me for another guy who worked in walmart, which i was making huge$$$$ at the time and she left me for a guy who worked in walmart in just a week she was out of the house with him just after 1 week after being together for nearly 10 years and having a kid daughter with her. soo back to my magick, all i did was take away HIS and HER sex drives. they couldnt have sex nor get turned on for awhile until i gave it back. it drew up so much tension they started fighting geting crazy. then it backfired on me big time.,. i started having demons around me everywhere i went, doing terrable things. the brakes fell off my truck while on the free way(new truck at the time 2004) needless to say i had to give the sex drives back but the 3 fold still slapping me in the head. i went to a local psychic and asked what to do, she taught me to cleanse myself from all evil and shield at the same time. every since then it has decreased but never fully went away 100%. i am telling you it does exsist and nothing to play with,. it may depend on the person combined by the type of spell. for example if you use a love spell, forcing free will of a person(female) making her fall in love with you. the 3 fold will be her getting fatally obsessive with you, then trying to kill you it will get very damn scary. what specific spell have you been using. it maybe happening to you and you dont know it, maybe just the beginning, some excelerate from almost nothing to life threatning fear. what kind of spells have you been doing??? let me know and i can tell you possably whats is or what WILL happen.

Another way to boost confidence and self esteem would be to take a Martial Arts class.

i can say from my experience, this person is right. i joined a kong fu class and wow i learned soo much and my self esteme went through the roof! also another thing, when someone or ANYONE tries to punch me now, hahah they just F*CKED themselves when tried, whew who its amazing. i think that will be the best thing for you by reading your words there in the first post/opening thread, i can tell if you were to learn some M-Arts also learn the process to the increase in self esteme then not only all that but you will know how to protect yourself in ANYWAY and you will feel like no one can touch you which by the way is an awesome feeling knowing you have a reaction to every kind of move someone tries to do, such as trying to beat you up ect..... another word of feeling and thought is SUUUPERMAN!~~~!!!! lol

hey buddy sorry no one has answered that for you yet. i think it may come into the catigory of Pyrokinesis someone correct me if i am wrong. but look up pages on Pyrokinesis which is the ability to overcome fire, or control fire. i think if you dont have the gift of Pyrokinesis then you will not be able to do it. buuuut maybe there is some kind of spell/magick or something for this as well, i dont know.. anyway,

I've read countless articles and tried all sorts of techniques, but I just can't crack it..I need more faith in myself because I'm almost starting to believe I can't do it, but I really do want too, I believe I've been close (by accident) that was the reason I found these forums...I woke up one morning (or was I going to sleep?) I don't know, but I felt vibrations (I see them constantly mentioned with regard to OOBE's) and then I felt like I was being sucked forwards, not physically...but just like I was being moved from where I was, it terrified me and i fought it, woke up...barely concious and fell asleep again, at the time i presumed 'oh wow, that must've been the point between being awake, and being asleep'
But since reading into it, I believe its what people talk about on here, the vibrations that cause a projection...Could anyone give me some advice?
Also, why is it when i attempt to meditate or put myself in a trance, my heart beat seems to speed up and I sweat a bit, that happened just now...suddenly when i was getting close to a trance state (well the closest i've ever been...my heart beat increase and my palms got sweaty..)

On another note, since doing that I'm feeling the most peaceful I have in weeks.

your feeling peaceful BUT you are anxious and probably slightly nervous over the fact of "what to expect" this can cause the symptoms your describing.

Love spells are the first thing which comes to mind.

What is the difference of love spells and praying for someone and wishing that God would give him/her the very best? If you are Christian and cast this spell in the name of Jesus, then why don't you use prayer as Jesus himself taught? Why do you need spells?

look at the results of the "2". how often do you see a physical answer through prayer, which you do get answers and all BUT look at the outcome of a spell forcing freewill. You almost automatically Physically see the results as someone who starts being obsessive which can be a backfire slapping you in the head. if you think about it there is difference in prayer and magick[/i] literally. Money spells for example... you can pray all year long and most likely your not going to start seeing money appearing easier and coming your way. spell, is the opposite.... however i am a believer in god and Jesus thus i am a Christian but i am also fascinated by magick. I do believe the two do not mix.. EVERYONE has their beliefs, JUST LIKE RELIGION how many different beliefs are out there, which one is correct. yeah some resemble for the most but not all. you go with what you believe is true, if the other person disagrees that is ONLY because he believes otherwise. their is no point in trying to point evidence in religion to. It was after my fiance had left me for another guy after 5 years and i had taken away both of their sex drives and basically stood waiting to hear about some fights, and i did LOL. they couldn't have sex and it started driving then CRAZY. i ended up giving it back but after that, it seemed there was a door of flowing demons coming through trying to kill me or something, very unusual
