I philosophized a bit.

If we say all experience started with or always are god, bad, dark, light, a constant contrast to enable an experience.

Anyway, The story goes like this, God created demons of smokeless fire (kind of).
We can call this the dark side in Yin-Yang to get an image of the whole.

If so, did SHIM also created the ultimate bliss, the white, the Christ opposite? Or is SHIM the opposite?

(Bird, Snake, Pig). The first of these can not be controller or outgrow in a single incarnation. Is this true or is it all three or none?

Hi!

This morning while sleeping on the back. The ankles was locked and some thing slides up and inside of me, and I at the same time locked my jaws together by automatics. The time for this was around 1 minute.

Not like the extreme terror of the Sleep Paralysis phenomenon.

Any hints of this?

This trauma, are you ready and able to let go
This could be the time to get rid of old fears and ways you once BELIEVED to be correct. The right way in life being made clear and you wanting to change things for the better. If so go for it, it will be better.
If you're bogged down with issues from long ago where you feel you're not making any progress in life. Now is the time to get yourself up in the morning and DO whatever it takes to get rid of them.
Anyone taking advantage of you must be told to go away and stay away.

It's this sort of thing that this dream signifies.
Take advantage of its message, you may not see it yourself but the time to change is now and it will be for the better.
A clean-up of your lifestyle in removing old trash and ridding yourself of it forever.

This can go two ways, it all depends in how you were feeling wirhin the experience.
Having fear and not wanting to be hit is perfectly normal so have no worries in this. The overall feel outside of this is important in order to reveal the message contained within.
It does signify a complete change that cant be reversed. This is an awakening dependant upon the overall feelings you had.
Was the experience based on escaping something you may have done? Perhaps it keeps recurring for some unknown reason.
Can you elaborate on this?

In fact i have been hit by the lightning one time, 20yrs ago but i do not remember the scenario to build up fear of it.

The main issue i think is that i am stuck in a feeling that took place in a trauma some yrs ago. There is a lot of spill in the nervous system when its on alarm all the time. The last weeks also, i try to not spill any vital energy.

In dreams, the dreams turn into super sharp at this stage and, you can not escape fast enough. Electrifying the trees in the horizon,
coming closer, electrifying more trees, coming closer, and boom you are hit (but not hurt) and you wake up. This has occur around 02 at night.

Discharge of Yin Yang energy? Can someone please tell me more of this? it may ease the fear next time

I do need help to lift Kundalini all the way. It flows up from abdominal to the chest and stops like a wall.
I have reach to this a couple of times. Also I often have high sexual pressure in the lower chakras after a nights sleep.

When projected, time seems to jump for some. I have one time looked at my self in the mirror (I often check this out when lucid dreaming) and saw a spot in the face under the eye (red dim blister) and 2 months later I noticed it showed up in this reality also. I think in some altered states we can have a glimpse of a most probably future

Hi! I'm in to read a second book from him now and I really like it. I was starting of in the opposite direction and exam much of the new written materials in the case and now I read a book from -71! with lots of good stuff!

I noticed in this one, Mr. Robert sleeps and also start of projecting on the side. This was a new to me and explains the spontaneous vibrations that occur to me on the side. Perhaps I should use this setting instead of other recommendations.

Is there anywhere on the net where I can read on more of his mental techniques?

After much of a study in the object it seems to happen when having a ower-tired day. So as well for me. From that knowing i think your protection just after falling to sleep is close to non. And this beeings located in non physical absorbs your "I" pretty well when lirking away from awareness and away from your body. You have no energy left to do much of a defense. The look of the beeing has therefore not necessary be of a shape. Just a consciousness blending in to yours.

Really interesting! But what is it?? I think this we must examen it in detail! I just have one this night and was searching up this thread. I dont ever want to experience it again! It is an absolute presence of an being that is infecting the "I" so negative that i never come close to it before.

It gives you cold breeze-feeling over the whole back by it self and the worst part is that is molesting the "I" and not just the body. The body is not involved in this act i think. As fast as it notice you waking up and panicing you can see it sneaks away. How can it keep doing this and at what rights? I Feel so squezed under someones foot when thinking of it.

Is it just an earthbound spirit doing this to my astral body? To bad it was so terrifying if its not of any danger?
Does anyone have any information of what really happend in a situation like this?

For some time ago i was meditating sitting up, quite tired. I was fully aware and all of a sudden my whole third eye open up and i can se that i was joined by an entity. Close to me, just 30 inch sitting and just observing me. I study what i saw and the entity was absolutley alive! The best clearity i have experienced. Anyway i did not get frightened, just kind of aroused to se this. I also want to point out that i suffer from PTSD since 5 years.

What is your idea of this? Did i look in this dimension with astral sight or was it another dimension? I have no relationship to the movie in the link though. Just took it to give you an idéa of what i saw. Have you heard of beings in/around us?

You need to add two forces to balance the equation how the visual/physical moves around in space. Dark Matter & Dark Energy.
I do not think they were so good really. The word black indicate that something must inhabit the "color" black if examen. Examen in a labrotary in this case is not possible so a better description in this case should be invisible matter. And also invicible force. if you use those words instead you get this:

From this night i have a super clear memory. In the dream:

I was in bed, laying to the opposite side and wanted to go for a try to start an OBE. It seemed like it would be a vibration start because in middle of it I turned sitting. Half under and and half over the bed. Cool! i thought and i glided to the window. I pass trough it with a slight feeling.. And almost crashed in the snow down under (many floors)with no harm. Ok i thought, I'll try fly up in the air now. And it work't! I was in one way outside my house and in another way in a steam punk environment.. Or perhaps i can describe it like the environment in the movie City of Ember.

Anyway, I met up with a friend and blow'd her in the face to see if she would feel it..  She reacted but did not see me. Se sensed my perfume in a moment later and told her friend in the nearby about it. Cool i thought! I try some more flying and it was really fun. I then come of thinking about Robert Bruces words; "Don't stay out to long in the beginning to keep your memory fresh" and I went back.. I dived in to me in the bed...

And waked up (But still in the dream! I now know)
I then walked the same path...  and feel kind of high because what i have accomplished.. I feel a little superior because i have been around here invincible among those people. I came about not to tell my friend that i have been here flying minutes ago becaus that would perhaps make her uneasy. I was observing a lot of activity among people and a strange lady then made a trick and blow-of three smoke bombs, Red green and blue. Seemed a little fun but normal in the dream.

Then i waked up, really energetic physical bu still a little tired. I have done it like this in some 4 times now with other events, but the same start, memory and end.. It feels fantastic but was it a real OBE? I did not have the sphere seeing, more like normal. Can the steam punk environment be caused by PTSD? (I have it since 5 years)

I'm new to this magic since 1½ year and when i was at the most energetic i felt of gender sliding away to a middle of loosing the male side or gaining the female side. This happend when meditation. It was kind of an experience!
