I'm currently writing a book about how to create your own AP method. Its hard enough to AP without having to use a method that U feel uncomfortable with. Find your own method, try to make something you feel comfortable with. Someone can tell you a thousand times his method is easy, if works for him it doesn't mean it'll work for you. You need to test methods an make a variation that suits you best. Experiment with them. That's all I have to say, I have a book to write  :smile:

Well I've been trying it for a day now and I have to say, I feel happier :)
Also I made a track to help me with ap and I was totally relaxed when I tried to project. I will see today if if will help me project. Its really weird cause the text flashing on your screen doesn't go away the sec you look away from your screen. I also catch myself thinking the affirmations.
Can't say much now since I'm only dooing it for a day.

I've been using a technique that I read in Our Ultimate reality book.
Last night I used a variant of the third eye technique.
Usually I do the relaxation methods stated in the book.
Last night I tried something similar.
Maybe it helps better if you don't fall asleep to easy on your back. I find it very hard to fall asleep like that.
So I was flat on my back in bed. I was breading inwards for 5 seconds and visualising that I was breathing a white bright air. When I bread out for another five seconds I was breading our a grey smokelike air. Everytime I bread inwards I visualised that the air was flowing through my mouth then down to my legs until no more air could be there. I visualised that the air was piling up. As it is piling up I visualise every bodypart like this starting with my feet until that part is relaxed before gooing on to my legs. When I feel my feet are relaxed I imagine that no more air can be their and it pilles up to my legs and start bringing that white bright air into my legs. I did this until my hole body was filled with this bright white air and all the grey smoke left my body.

When you finish this relaxationprocess your mind should be cleared of toughts cause of the concentration you put in you breading.
Then I started to concentrate on my brown chakra(third eye).
After concentrating for like 30 min I din't feel my body anymore and weird stuff started to happen :lol: .
I started to see things but I didn't know if my eyes where open or closed. It was like my room got more liquid, I saw colours and darkness and finally I believe I saw... me. Or at least a part of me cause here is when the problem started. I was like I was 3/4 out of body but I felt that the top of my head(and maybe the problem was still feeling the top of  my head) was stuck. I dind't feel anything else but the top of my head and it was like something was pressing on it. I got a bit tired of it after 20min hanging there some I stopped that days session and went to sleep.

I'll try again everyday but can anyone give my some advice about what I did wrong?
