you're just a natural talanay, and probably have inherant strong energy

Novice thanks for that tip on being conscious throughout the day...that really might help me become more lucid
#3
hmm...sounds like you need to focus all of yourself into your outer body and just say "vision now" or something along those lines. You are just having mental blocks.

Any happen to catch the discussion with Robert Bruce? It was very interesting and informative. Robert sounds like a really nice person.
#5
your intent was strong...but yea that is pretty much what leaving your body is like, it is different for many people. Just let it go next time
#6
I think it is just in your head imho. Just believe you have enough energy. I don't even think of energy when projecting and have success.

That's a really good idea TVOS, I'm looking forward to seeing what you come up with =)

Maybe, but I don't think that it merits leaving forever or just not posting..aside from him being seriously ill or possibly laid to rest.  I still miss him.

Well last night up until now my girlfriend has been sick with a stomach virus that has led her to the bathroom every 20 minutes or so all night.  That means that I was wide awake every twenty minutes.  Around 4am I finally went to sleep/woke up in a dream.  I walked out of my room and into a hallway that joins mine and my brother's rooms plus a bathroom in the middle.  I saw that the door leading out to the living room was hung again (previously taken off the hinges when my 16 yo brother met a girlfriend of his own).  I thought; weird, that wasn't there before and it was closed...so i willed it open and it did.  After that I was walking or floating? around my house making things happen at my discretion. Soon after that I was in another dream and semi-lucid, not sure what just had happened.

cool cool, thats how it started for me  8-)

It is funny that you mention that, because when I was about 14 or 15 I watched that episode, and it was what ultimately interested me enough to start studying astral projection/oobe.  I was really trying to remember that show's name.  Heh guess the law of attraction brought it to me.

Pretty cool, that story was pretty interesting.  I've looked at clouds pretty intently before and saw them dissipate, whats to say it isn't just a coincidence that they do that on their own

Thanks for clearing it up Adrian the discusson was going a couple different ways.  Frank was his own person too just as everyone else here.  I just wanted to recognize that again.

the only thing that makes sense is that you think you are funny when you really aren't

This isn't a place of negativity Pattern.  I also didn't start this thread to debate about anyone's beliefs; due to everyone accepting others beliefs around here; not naysaying.
I just wanted to bring up Frank and have some good discussion.  There are soo soo many different ideas roiling around this forum you only need an open mind.

All I can say is wow.  You blew me away man, going to give it some time to sink in and start the exercising.

I respect what you think Patterns, but I don't believe that he was kidding himself.  Everyone here believes in someting unique, Frank is just the same, he was just more widely open with what he believed.  He was very giving and helped many people here; that's including me.  Whether what he believed was all in his own mind, only Frank will know that in the end..if it hasn't already come.

It's sad to see someone with some good philosophies dissapear. The newsletter that he put out was very interesting.  Very enjoyable reading.
