Ok well this is my experience with this method, and i have been doing it for quite some time. I lay down close my eyes. It starts off as really weak images, and the images start to develop, the images feels like there are rate where my 3rd eye is located at the top center of my head. I know its my consciousness shifting to another awareness hitting a whole separate universe of wavelength possibility, because of my consciousness changing wavelength, so anyway. Then i start to try and daydream and create images in my own head, now as the images start to become vivid or more transparent, i am able to start to be able to have a cence of what i am viewing. it is from a first person perspective, as if i am viewing it, now as i get deeper into this state, i start to see funny shapes and constant shifts in that area or dimensions. For instance i can imagine myself in a place where constant shifts and astral partying is going on, the beens in these states are partying to the energy waves, that then give off the euphoria effect of partying bliss, of super techno like feel but way higher, but i am not yet vivid enough to feel the full euphoria effect of this astral plane. This take me 2-5 mins to get this far. Now as i start to get more and more into the effect of vividness witch takes around 10-20 mins, it starts to hit me a full conscious observer of all the feelings taking place. I am in a huge dance room full of 1000's of astral beens of all colors, and colors that are non existent in are realm that i am able to perceive??? They are humanoid shaped. The state that i am in is really shifty, for instance i could be in the room with a thousand dancing beens then , i would apear in a fourth dimentional tunnel then be back in the same room, and also the same room morphing into a 4th dimensional dance room, with 4d shapes and your shifting in two areas at once the dance room and the other areas between the dance room or let me say the 4d area outside the dance room with weird stuff. where you hit the vibes so freaking high that you say this is no longer physical and there's no human words to put how much bumping this party is, because the beens there are getting intoxicated off of energy instead. So anyway as i get into the dance floor situation on this astral plane, or super party place where i hit the most hardest partying i have ever experienced in my life, so I end up dancing because its so brilliant there. So anyway as the party starts to happen, the whole entire dance floor then opens up into a much bigger area where 4 dimensions or spaces are connecting and shapes, and i am going like wtf this is the 4th dimension. So anyway i then start dancing as i start dancing a pink figure or astral women i think, then aproaches me and starts dancing, as i am dancing with her i start to feel way higher euphoria, at this point i am really vivid in the whole experience. Now i have no clue i am no longer apart of my human body, or i dident know who i was, all i knew was the energy going on here and the good times that where made by 4d objects and energy waves that set you off to bliss. Before i got to this state i dident have any recolection of separating, but just getting images in my head then becoming a transparent reality where i can feel everything even my astral hands and body by touch, and also hear the high level music that cant be described here in any words. As i started dancing the dancing was in a 4th dimensional way that made no cence. This place did not make any cence. They where serving shots at the counter, the shot glasses contained a weird liquid that seemed to flux alot and look almost 4d. It went on for much longer, but it will take me 4 days to describe the whole experience because that's how long it felt to me. I got to this point by closing my eyes and following the images and then trancing into this state. Now when i was in this state it felt like i was gone for 4 days partying, time was tottally distorted there. as i woke up out of the state being all freaked out because i thought i was gone for a long time and had slept most the day, i then looked at the clock and only 45 mins have passed. I had this experience 3-4 days ago, and i not making up lies eather. i have also had plently other experiances like this were i can get into a projection by using this method, but not as vivid as this one i seemed to have this time witch was a very vivid state of awareness

yes what you are doing is changing frequency of the consciousness, while being in tuned with your human counterpart. Consciousness is a fabric or universe of its separate own. What you just did was displayed a two track consciousness or a split consciousness , whats next, you will be able to experience two realities at the same time but interact better with this one and the other. In what i mean by, if you working at a job you hate you can escape and experience two realities by shifting the consciousness. i do have the same experiences , instead of leaving my body and exploring planet earth or shifting vibrations in my astral body, i can do it in my head in the same matter you are doing it in.  I use this same techneek where i change wavelengh or frequency of the consciousness then connect to higher levels, consciousness is the fabric behind it all, behind all your astral body's witch the signal is being transmitted to, it sounds like you hitting Your higher bodies from what i am guessing. Also as you get more vivid in the techneek you just showed, u will then start to feel the euphoria effect of that bliss, where you can feel every emotion, touch of the astral hand, energies that you cant describe, you will get into a euphoria trance like state where you feel that place touch everything and cence. Also if you get into it vividly enough time can seem to get distorted, in witch i mean, that you no longer experience time and time can feel like days, years, or centuries on how long u wanna stay in that trance, once apon awaking you will then notice that only 10 mins-1 hour has gone by. Ok well Last night, before i exited my body i was doing vibration changes, this was before my bed time while in meditation. All i remember is occupying a body but it was in a parell universe from ares. The universe is infinity sized so there's infinity parell 3rd dimensions, and i was in one of them, same for 4th or what ever dimentions. The experience started out as being in a complete city, That seemed different from any other on are planet, the gravity was half of earth, so i could move around easier. Also the physics where off from are universe, things there had a complete different physics function. So i ended up going into an apartment building witch felt unsturdy, you can feel the difrence from walking up the stairs, at this point i knew i was in a third parell reality ocupying some body. After that the building fell and all the buildings in the hole city colasped. a big Earth qauke took down every single building on that planet, and amazingly i was still alive. There were also other conscious entities in this world i am speaking off.

This relates to other experiances of astral projection, i am able to get out of my body and go anywhere on earth or are universe, and also view other parell reality's by a vibrational change. But i have a question about this.
When i do vibration changes , instead of popping out of body. I End up occupying a different body when i do vibration changes, what is acutuel happening? Its like my soul or astral body is then using another hosts body to then experience that parell reality or place, and the astral body also experiances that vehicle it ocupies, after deep meditation. I dont understand what is happening if i am ocupying another body or i am just in my astral body adjusting to the non physical world of that place that has physical characteristics. Because i have had many dreams of parell 3rd realities, and even higher ones such as the 4th dimentional realities, while doing the vibration method in meditation instead of the exit techneek, where you lift out and travel and view instead of experiance.

Also i have vibration change methods, so instead of changing vibration and being inside another reality on the parell, ill change vibration to zip me to a location while in my astral body, without ocupying a host. When i do vibration change methods each time i do it, i am full controll of where i go or what happens during those shifts.

Hi i am asking what would happen to my consciousness if i did suicide. Will i ocupy a better reality then the one i am currently liviing in on earth rate now, or would i sink to lower density realities, that are more hellish and harder then this, please tell me. Or would i have a choice were i would go next

well it might be possible to bring funny shapes into this area and do changes, cause i have pushed some parells around with a really weak field, and the white hole affect in front of my eyes apears, ill see a white hole then that object on the astral plane then popps onto are plane of existance.  What i am saying i know these thigns existe and there apart of the human experiance, but the reason why they existe is because of are set laws of physics, if we can change that somehow what i was describing shouldent existe, if u have a difrent construct of a universe.

Both threads should be linked because they are really intresting and could explain why reality gliches are happening, because alot of entities on earth and the higher plane of existance are doing things that are causng the gliches

but our true insight and knowledge is so far removed from what you are proposing that I'm not sure this is the right forum for you to be looking for answers.

Yes it does have the qaulities you have posted above, but the bad sludge needs to be completly removed from the bucket, and only love and what u described should only existe, and the universe we live in is interconnected to infinity, matter is infinity smaller, and bigger. everything is infinity sized, infinity reactions, infinity is the answear to the whole construct outside are universe, and inside ares, now if theres infinity , then things are ever changing, and if things are ever changing we can change them faster, and time is example of the ever changing, as are clock ticks every second. do that in are astral forms more change will come as more reality gliches will come about, by hopping parells and playing with stuff that is interconnected to this verse under the hood of the fabric of it all. You play a video game but u dont see the code running under the hood, thats what i am trying to say. If theres infinity u can do bizzare things to a stable low vibration verse like ares, witch seems impossible but is perfectly possible, as people read this and try , more reality gliches will come about, the good reality gliches, stuff popping in and out of existance more. I have been doing this for years, i have not used this furom to learn, i learned on my own and was doing it before i discoreved this furom i need help changing reality so we dont have to live through evil experiances any more, not feel hate, pain, sorrow, saddness, see greed, see selfishness, see people not care for one another, just evil, all the negative things the ocupy are space i wish to change. I have been out of body so many times i cant count, and also i updated post, thank you very much. Also when i said i had my first ap it might of been someone else using my acount, because i have shared acount with my freind, who does astral projection with me, the passwords are now changed on this acount and only i use it.

After experiances the higher reality and how it works, this one we live is a scrubbed out excrement hole, its pretty close to hell compared by some higher astral beens, THIS IS THE BOTTEM OF THE OUT HOUSE , and i have obserbed this. Now you are trying to change our entire universe to a parallel dimension/heaven.

So this is whats on my mind lissen up.
Since there's so much evil and lower vibrations, and low frequency wave lengths that exist in this universe. Its changeable because this universe is connected to infinity. I get into higher planes of existence by changing astral body wave length, by doing this it lets me, teliport over to the verse of that wavelength ( frequency ) , or vibration that allows it by the other field of wavelength possibility, and the only way to do this is to change your astral body wave length or vibration to that field of possibility. I have seen powerful light beens in astral projection shift parell realities like are's into another parell. Boom things start to happen weirdly there, but the change is good things. Entities are the observer of a wavelengh field, as are own, and many other planes of existence. Now if entities can observe they can change what they observe. Many entities do it all the time on the higher plane of existence by thinking, and is possible to do here. I have seen many plains of existence, and know how physics works to know that the universe is infinit sized, now if its infinit things are always changing at a constant, as you can observe here.

Now what i am asking from forum members next time they see there higher plane friends or what ever ask them for help on changing the higgs field, change this place we live in, into a parell heaven witch is possible. Last but lease, a light particle being broken, and splitting into thousands of vibrating strings then popping out of existence, witch means that the vibrating strings, energy wave length, have popped out of existence because they don't have the wavelength function required to catch onto are higgs field, or are field of possible and then pop out of existance, and then catch onto another field.

now before i go to work this morning, i was staring at my morning bread, and watched it popped into thin air, a qauter loaf of bread vanished in front my eyes?

I think everyone has been messing with the laws of physics including me, and all this is doing is adding up, wave lengh probility is all that existe out there, and everyone has been messing with it one way or another . I have been changing the matter of my astral body, or wave lengh and do this to get into other verses, or vibration. People or entities can screw with the higs field making the wave lengh of the higs field difrent, in turn let new energies into the higs field in turn making the higgs field difrent, difrent higgs field means difrent matter starts popping into existance, and when you have difrent matter or phoneononums popping into are existance then the higs field is messed with, because space is 11 dimenional, all the 11th dimentions mean to me is the invisible wall i use in astral projection , the invisible wall is wave lengh probility, all you gotta do is change, once you have become master in ap you can do anything. But i think its adding up from all the people who have astral projected on this earth screwwing with laws of physics, because i am encountering the same phonuem of reality gliches, so are my freinds in real life who dont know anything about astral projection. Also screwing with the higs field lets new wave lengh probility in. When you on the higher plane of existance, you in another higs field that only allows shorter higher waves of energy, witch inturn shapes the whole construct difrent of that universe, and theres infinit amount of universes. Now this is my last say before i get in trouble by goverment agencies or what not. I have already told higher beens on the other planes witch are capitable of messing with any laws of physics any where in existance even here, they are most captable beens of screwwing with are wave lenghs, or any universe. Higher Beens have been at work in this world, and under the hood of the higgs field, beens have gone under the hood about a googleplex of densities away, and when they mess with other densities pretaining to are field of wave lengh posiblity, the field changes, and when the field changes because the universe is infinity, another field in another space changes too, now when that field changes, the particles and wave lenghs start to pop into are existance, thuss hit the invisble wall called the 11th dimention, because theres invsible wall there, the wavelenghs or (particles pop rate into are existance). What the higher astral plane beens have been doing is trying to configur the higgs field so only shorter wave lenghs can get in, and only the good wave lenghs can get in, they come into the density or universe and see that its a crap hole, they inturn try and help me out and turn it into a better world for all by screwing with reality. In turn is probally why people are seeing reality gliches, because i know atleast 9 ppl from this plane of existance including me screwing with reality and adding gliches. 9 people i know that are human are doing the same type of stuff i am doing, now i am starting to see what it has done. Beens who are way smarter and capatable then us who live on the higher plane of existance are now at work here, and they discovered us get ready for change guys, and the change is for good. But in order to change this density or higgs field, you gotten change about a google plex worth, and it takes alot of work in astral projection before the effect becomes a ripple effect on all the other dimentions that are connected with are field of energy, now astral beens have been under the hood doing a load of work trying to get this field up to a higher vibrational level and to also change laws of physics. Now remember the whole entire universe is infinit, everything is interconnected into the infinity, and if everything is interconnected then what i am saying is possible.

guys i think that i am the person who is screwwing with reality, ever since i started astral projecting into hardcore realities, and fuckign with the higs field, weird events have started happening, mabye the whole entire higgs field will change and new things will come into reality. i dont know, i figurr out how to screw with density and change into any reality at will. All i do is change my astral body wave lengh to hop into another verse, i can go under the hood of this reality and change things that are physical, all reality is, is wave lengh probility. Infinit amount of dimentions and universes to the infinity and all they interreact with one another. i have been under the hood doing some weird stuff to this reality. Also if 1 atom (hydrogen) is made up 3 parts, 2 qaurks 1 gluon, plus it gets smaller into strings , and smaller, matter gets infinitly smaller, and bigger, infinit is the universe scale. Guys i have been participating with a 7th dimentional been who has been screwing with the hood of this reality, i have been participating in changing stuff in this reality. I have been causes gliches to this reality. I may not be a part of your gliches , or i might be, but i have been doing my own hacks and gliches into this reality. everything is a wave lengh probility. Theres a law already set in the universe, and its called density. Now that seperates all forces bad from good. if everything is made out of engergy waves, then everything is seperated by density. People are safe from bad realms, and bad entities . The only way i can see a really bad demonic entity or bad entity etc affect someone, if your the same level of bad as them

well people have reported seeing demons, hearing sounds, eneties, everything to do with sp, while trying to do ap, i ve see these posts spammed saying omfg i seen a monster while in ap while in sp, well  ur going to see stuff cause sp common side effects are as i described. WEll i am trying to say when ur in sp your going to see awfull things and hear awwfull things cause that is the common side effect of sp, so i would not recomend doing ap in sp. Also sorry u dident make it clear in ur first post that u were doing ap while in sp, my bad but i hope i did answear someones question reading this : ). Doing astral projection while in sleep paralysis is a very dumb idea. Common side effects, feels like your being watched, you mite see things, can last from 5 to 30 mins, may see entities dark demon like, that is the common side effect of sleep paralysis look it up on Wikipedia, there no other entity around, i never ap in sleep paralysis because you will get the same side effects as you are your explaining.

i never ap while in sleep during sleep or anywere close to sleep, i do this because i am in more controll of what i do and i dont get scary things happen to me cause i am me aware, what u were feeling was one of the systoms of sleep parlaysis, this is from wikipedia guys

The demons or scaries u saw are a common side effect of sleep payalisis and u should dismiss it, go outside on a deck instead of ur house a park etc, if u dont feel safe doing it in ur house, but what ur experiancing was just common side effect i hope i helped

yes i have had the same thing, happen to me no reason to be scarred, because u were half way between rem sleep and sleep parylisis u were haulcination, sleep parlyses is apose to make you hear sounds see figurs that arnt there, next time you try try it while ur not sleeping try it while awake u will get much better results
