This will not exactly follow the topic. I have the tinnitus problem, and sometimes i get spikes of higher tones in my ears, then i just think the word "down" and ground myself, while feeling all the excess energy flowing into the ground, and in about half a minute the sound spikes receed.

My complete experience with the board was from when i was 15 years old.
some friends said they woud go and try it out, and i told them that if i came along it woud not work.

I do not know why i said it or how i became convinced of it, but at that moment i knew it was so.

Was a bit wierd since at the time i was not the most self assured person.

A few thoughts just from reading the post.

The world is nowdays all about fast benefits, buy today, pay tomorrow, be rich and so on.

what came to mind is that with theese exersizes are sort of the same thing getting benefits fast and not actually doing any work for it.

Opposed to working with energy to that extent that your other chakras are opened and overflowing with energy before opening the third eye.

Think of it as a glass, if it is empty and you pour something in it. It gets filled up with whatever is poured in, but it the glass is full, then there will at least be a blend of what is being pored in, and the liquid already in the glass.

So what are the differences, if a experienced energy worker does theese meditations compared to someone completly new to working with energy?

Will the experienced person suffer as much? Or will he have a sort of resistance from having his/hers energy reserves in the other chakras already filled up?

As for me, i have not tried the methods yet, nor am i an experienced person in theese matters though i have used the NEW methods for quite some time.

To answer your question andonitxo, i usually sit on a soft mat with my legs crossed and my back propped up against my bed.

I´v had truble sometimes while meditating to stay awake if i lay down in bed, and this sitting position for me is very comfortable, and keeps me awake if i did begin to nod off.

And as for the timing, i just stay concentrated as long as it feel like i shoud.
Usually, when meditating i just think to myself the time i will spend meditating and mostly i snap out of it around the time i set for myself.

I have also been practicing NEW methods on and off for a bit over a year, so the sensations accompanying it are nothing new to me either.

But as for habits, i still love sweets :/

So, now i have receved the KR 1 - 3 from stefan.

Here´s a few thoughts about it as a whole,

The first one was the most noticable for me, sort of all over sensations.
with the third eye pulsing and the throat chakra pulsing and slightly hurting. And a feeling of cold in both my hands and arms.

The second one, was more local sensations, like needlepoints along the arms, the spine, and prominantly in the third eye region.

The third one was different from the other two in that i did not feel it in any special place but as i concentrated, i coud feel the hairs on my arms snap into new positions, this started on my arms, and continued all over the body, though not the head.
The day before when i was playing around with shields the same thing happened, hairs on my arms bristled as i extended the shield over that particular area, and continued throughout my body.

And i did not take off a shirt just before, not moved my arms or anything like it, i was sitting perfectly still.

This might have happened before as well, but i have not been aware of it.
have anyone had similar epxeriences?

Thanks for the feedback, it does sound about right as with what i am experiencing as well. the more haistly seen afterimages, and the light band around people as well.

I think i actually read through the guide on seeing aruas once, but it´s a long time ago, i might just pick it up again, Thanks.

Anyhow, i receved my KR2 attunement this monday, and thought i´d write a few sentences about it.

This one was not the same as the first one for me, the biggest difference being the intensity.

The first attunement was a sort of all over feeling, the second was alot more pointed to certain areas. more like needlepoints awareness of places.
The third eye was still prominant, and also the arms, but with the needlepirck feelings, not the all over kind. and also the same kind of needleprick sensations down my spine, but this was when i concentrated on it, so that might account for that feeling.

All in all, very positive experience.

Coud you please discribe how the aura looks and how you see it, does it take effort, do you look at the person in a special way, do you feel anything special when you see an arua,
are you usually tired or energetic when you see them?
Is it instantanius?

where goes the line from after images to auric vision?
example, when i look at someone for as little as a few seconds i can see a light band around them, stretching something like 3 - 5 cm out from their bodies, but when i do set my eyes on something else, the image of the person does follow and i see the whole image, usually in one color with some light variations.

So, i received kundalini 1 tuesday night, the following sensations showed.
Pressure in the third eye region, and sort of a slight hurting/throbbing sensation in the throat chakra, all the while a mild cold feeling spreading through out both my hands and arms,
Looking forward to the second one.

Well, very interesting thread this, I´v decided to request the kundalini 1,2,3 as well. The first one will be on the 28´th this month
I´ll write again then to share any thoughts about how it went.

Speaking of hailstones,

last summer we had quite large ones over here in Finland about the size of a golfball and a bit larger, though it only lasted a few minutes out caravan has quite a number of golfball sized dents in it, not so spectacular in itself, but the people who were having a barbaque outside were in quite a hurry to get under a solid roof

With my eyes closed or open, even after 5 minutes in a totally dark room i get pretty much the same colors and faces as you knucklebrain1970, iv asked around with my friends, but none of them seem to have similar sensations, for me this has been a part of life as far back as i can remember, same as when i am looking at the sky, i see pinpoints of light moving around.

but who knows, maby im just getting some wierd eye sikness...

i live in Finland, in the Helsinki area

and indeed, i did receve attunement from Stefan Kammerhofer a bit over a year ago (Kundalini Reiki 1,2,3) but since i found the NEW energy ways book iv mostly worked on that, and since not anyone i know woud appreshiate or accept any type of Reiki, there are not many persons that i have told about it.

and my arm is indeed better, i was in lapland with my school this last week snowboarding and skiing, and i had no problems with it what so ever, (we were in the slopes six houres per day minimum)

I was ice skating backwards and fell flat out on my stomac with my right arm across my chest.

Wich led to an odd thing, now when i put my arm across my chest, i feel a sharp enough pain, and then the muscles just let go,, as if some nervs stop sending signals to the muscles that hold the arm up.

i dont know how long this will be before it heals up by itself, but im not inclined to wait for that, i´v been doing the NEW bandaging tequnice, but so far iv had massive problems with it, when i begin at the elbow i have no problems, but as i progress to the shoulder it gets incresingly difficult, to the point where i just overlap the previus bandage time after time while not getting any closer to my shoulder.

i´v had the same bandaging problem with a old knee injury, but perhaps as my shoulder heals it will become easier to bandage it also? Anyhow Healing woud be appreshiated.

as i said, i woud try getting back to lucid state more often, but no such luck last night anyhow. Ill just keep at it i guess.

Hi everyone, just wanted to share an experience with everybody.

A few years back when i was more frequently persuing obe's i repetedly fell from a light trance state, body tingling and vibrating, into lucid dreams

this is one of those dreams.

I'm walking on a mountain road with a friend, and we encounter different beings/obsticles, at first i can get past them on my own, but as we progress up the mountain, i get help from my friend as well. After a long while i finally reach the top, and find myself at the side of a large freeway. As i look about i see a car standing by the side of the road, i get in and start pulling out into the driving lane, as i start to pick up speed a police car flags me down and tells me i am not allowed to go further, and then i wake up.

The next few nights i try to project i get the same result, the mountain dream but with different encounters, and the freeway and lastly the police car, so after that i kindof lost the drive for it,  but as i now have looked about the forum, i think ill give obe another 'longer' try.

have anyone of you folks had any similar experiences?

I personally think the energy body adapts itself, to its new confinment and when thinking (focusing) on a particular area, by will one woud be able to extend the energy body outside of the body, and that woud be what i feel.

But thats just what i think, id welcome further comments

and about the aura photograph i think it is called krilian photography or somthing like it. But as i understand it it works by mesuring electric activity in different places on the skin, and then calculates theese values to paint an auric picture, so the question is, is the aura charged with elecktricity? and is it possible to affect it with electricity?

I lost  a good part of my fingers on my right had in an accident when i was 13 years old, but how woud this affect my energy body?

When i focus on my right hand i feel like the energy there wants to "pop out" of the ends of my fingers (where they end prematurly) and sometimes it feels like the energy body fingers still extend past my physical fingers.

I know about phantom feelings, those i had up to two days after the operation to close up what was left of the fingers.

Does anyone have any insights on this? or similar epxeriences?

i will not claim to know anything of the subject, but if we propose that piercigs do make it more difficult to have an o.b.e

how will surgically implanted screws affect said activity?

i had my knee fixed some years back, and now have 2 metal screws in my right knee,

so with some certanty i can say my piercings will not be coming out.
