for those who don't know f27 is a level of higher frequency and subltle energies. As far as I know there is only positive energies and anything you create mentally remains until removed. Obviously the physics much different than earth but Earth like locations would be entirely possible.

Dear stookie,

no i mean time as in physical time = motion

not the mental sense of time that can feel like going by fast or slowly.

kind regards,

Paul

how would you know the difference?
#3
it might be possible, but I dont think there are 2 astral travelers skilled enough to do it in 2010.
#4
alot of times i get vibes at the end of naps instead of beginning so maybe you were out and got thrown back in. unconscious projections are impossible to remember.
#5
try to 'relax into" the vibrations . also try to raise the frequency to a smooth fine signal, and then focus on your third eye.
#6
i havent really been too impressed with 2010s crop circles. like the latest one for instance. a binary message in ASCII? sounds pretty human to me.
#7
youre definitely beyond f10 when you are seeing a 3d starfield. I think the next step is trying to 'phase into' the 3d starfield or maybe place your intent on 'travelling' to one of the stars. Do you have vibrations at any point in the process?

now that i have this secret knowledge i think my only option is to continue on as if i had never read this. for multiple reasons.
#9
yeah i agree its probably something i created considering my level of awareness isnt as high as it has been in the past but sometimes i find it hard to believe my subconscious comes up with these things though like last night for instance an assembly line of babies swinging on monkey bars. i suppose it could be some weird symbology.

Following any model (Monroe's, Frank) will be just like making a belief system. Like you followed religion with the concept of father, son and holy ghost.

I see that everybody wants to understand it before going into it. It is like you want to learn swimming without going into pool.

I am seeing things very differently than Frank said. If I start writing, I know there will be another model. That is why I avoid writing anything about kind of experience I get, because I experience something very different than said in books.

So, go, experience and then make any conclusion. There is no use for all these knowledge, because you can not follow these steps when you are there.

Frank himself didn't follow Monroe and tried to experience things of his own. If he would have started following f1,f2,f3,f4,f5 then he wouldn't have known what he experienced.

Regards

there is no use for this knowledge? frank's f2 level of consciousness where thought=action and separate from f3 (being the astral 'proper') seems like the most important piece of knowledge ever considering how easily someone would be fooled into thinking f2 is f3.

Tonight is the closest I come to exiting.  I was in a deep trance and could feel a major surge of electricity going through my body. I felt floaty and heard a buzzing noise as I was laying there half paralyzed.

I now know what you guys mean by vibrational frequency, thats exactly what it feels like, an electric vibrating frequency.
Its almost as if a tiny electric motor is running inside your body

yeah its awesome. In this state you can move your awareness around in your body through the chakras. When you move it down to your legs they feel like they're floating off the bed. Then if you move your awareness into your head thats when I start to hear random freaky voices. I believe Frank Kepple calls them 'stray energy'. From what I gather you are only susceptible to this 'stray energy' when you are in the process of projecting and once fully projected you dont have to worry about it.

Yesterday throughout the day I asked for a guide to assist me in my dreams since ive had trouble maintaining conscious awareness during dreams, despite an increase in clarity of "vision". This morning I woke up thinking I had just another night of awesome random dreams but now I am remembering being accompanied the entire night by a wise jedi knight, complete with lightsaber. I know this sounds like some fanboy fantasy (Im really not that big into star wars), but do you think it could be possible that this could be an astral guide who has assumed the guise of what I would consider to be an acceptable 'guide' appearance? That would be pretty cool I think. I guess I'm an astral padawan now.

im on page 275 and already have more information about the astral than reading 100 mystical occult books on the subject. Its his scientific approach that makes it resonate with me.

maybe a small amount. If your spiritual energy is depleted during sex then you might need a couple meditation sessions to charge it back up. If you: are having vibration sensations, then you have sex, then you aren't having vibration sensations afterwords, then you know its the case. Otherwise I wouldn't worry about it.

i'm confused on the gross platform bit too.

i've died in a dream and didn't die.

i was a woman and i was in a war.  i got fatally wounded but wasn't dead yet.  i was begging people to kill me but no one would, finally someone shot me in the head.  everything just went black and i spent what felt like years just existing in nothingness.

wow years? were you in a coma or what? when i get shot in a dream thats usually about it. wakey time

is it the same low frequency "wind" sound that occurs when you move your awareness to your head during vibrations? Its around 80hz i'd say and i've heard it during waking consciousness. Altered, but still waking

btw im clean as can be these days! weed is a dream killer!

You know the old saying.....

What happens in the astral, stays in the astral.

fzero is something ive always wanted to experience. it sounds like a great place to hang out. id love to go there and listen to some tunes as frank described.
#20
doesn't it need to be 'created' first? as frank says it takes a master to be able to create in the astral proper. but once it is created it is there forever unless someone vandalizes or changes it.

i am experimenting to see if raising energy during the day will increase my clarity of vision and lucidity during dreams. i dont think a physical body is necessary to power up the energy, but it does make it more convenient to be able to do it during waking hours while im totally aware.

the post about the energy body degrading into scattered information is pretty much exactly what i fear, but I'm not sure about having to find a 'source'. At least for me to increase my energy i can just draw it in as if theres an invisible energy field that is everywhere and nowhere. Seems even easier to do in a dream so I don't think it's anything physical.
#22
sure do. its a yogic breath it raises energy by default i think

I was just going to start a new post until I came across this one which is the topic I am interested in. So I was going to ask, what are some things you have done to "learn" to AP? Personalreality had posted about a week ago his experience with Reiki. I was looking at some Reiki resources in the area where I live, but I am still somewhat unsure of it. Is there a relationship between energy and AP ability and how does reiki work? Do you recommed using this as a way to achieve AP?
I have my ideas of why I haven't projected. I want to see if anyone has been in the same situation and what you did to finally have success. Here is why I think I haven't projected yet:
1. Low energy. I don't know anything about enery, enery work, increasing energy, etc. I just 'think' my energy is low.
2. Work too much. I get up at 7:30 M-F, usually don't get home from work until 7-8, eat dinner, check up on Astral Pulse, read for a little while to wind down, and then go to bed ~11:00. I have no time during the week to try to AP.
3. When I wake up in the morning (this is on weekends), which is when a lot of people practice APing, mt brain starts to immediately race and I can't focus. I find I can focus better when I go to bed at night, but I just end up falling asleep after about 30 minutes.
4. I have 0 natural ability to project.
Another question is, how much time and effort do you put into AP? It might just not be meant for me.

#1 is your problem. get your energy levels up, and the other 3 problems will no longer be problems. Once I got my energy levels then I began to spontaneously project whether I wanted to or not. Which led to me stopping because it was too much in too short a period of time, but I'm giving it a go again. Deep breathing meditation and "feeling" the energy raise with each inhale is how I do it. I've read this is dangerous because you can activate the main chakras before the secondary chakras are open. I think this might be true so this time I'm doing it the NEW energy way starting with the limbs. good luck.

I think you're right. An empty mind is not necessary, but total body relaxation is.

so do you guys think that upon death our energy body remains the same or would it be enhanced to a level like our waking reality? I wonder about this because what if someone where to die while they were lost spiritually. Their energy body would be so weak that they would have no lucidity in the afterlife and existance would be limited to some foggy dreams for all of eternity. For some reason I'm thinking that death would be like waking up. Consciousness in the full. No need to pry open your eyes, look at your hands, fading in and out of lucidity, basically struggling to survive like I am currently in the astral. Anyway its a little extra motivation just in case to get your astral body in order in preparation for the next life.
