I got banned at Astral Dynamics without even trying to get banned. 
then I got banned again under a different name for no reason 

I posted a few times on Astral Dynamics but I didn't really like the people in general. I don't post often here but have been reading for a long time and people here seem more intelegent, friendly and actually want to help. There are a couple other astral/OBE forums but I don't care for them either.

Wanna get "grounded to reality" real fast?

Go to the mail box and count how many bills you get in a week.....that should GROUND you pretty quick!

Better yet - Don't pay your taxes.....IRS will ground you aplenty. 


Of course I'm just kidding.....I often have trouble grounding when I am projecting a lot. All I do is back away from projecting for a while. But the problem I have with that is then it is hard for me to get back into projecting again.

I have some prescribed sleeping pills too, so i'll take a couple of them when I am really exhausted to see if they can help.

I would NOT recommend pills because they may cause you to "pass out" too fast - causing you will get to the "sleep" mode too fast.

I have suffered insomnia my whole life and I have had many, many OBEs that way.

There is free will but there is also evnts which you will experience regardless. Generally speaking relationships, offspring, jobs, homes and death are already taken care of as part of your earthly path. You will experience these as necessary regardless. You do have free will on most other things though. The FAQ on my site might give you some insight.

This sounds like the theory I have always adopted.

I was reading a post from (I think) noob or something like that. I can't find the post now. Anyway, noob was talking about suicide - a lot of the replys were along the line of how it can mess up your souls journey.

That got me to thinking (again) about.....well, the old question.....if your life is planned then suicide is the "path". DON'T get me wrong.....I do believe that suicide WILL cause lots of problems but I was just kind of wanting some opinions on this free will thingy.

What exactly is free will? Do we REALLY have free will?

What is "destiny" then?

If (for example) destiny is real.....boy meets girl under strange circumstances and people say "it is destiny" that they met . Then how could all the circumstances that got them together be FREE WILL. (like mom got new job, dad was transfered to a new city).

So if the life I lead is the life I chose.....then what is the "FREE WILL".....CAUSE I ALREADY CHOSE IT!

I have had dry spells for, I would say, several months - like 6-8 or so.

But then they start again without me trying - like several spontaneous OBEs in a weekend. Which gets me in the "trying" mode again.

Even if I have a dry spell I still don't "FORGET" about it.

I "live" a paranormal life.....I drive a truck (night time route) so I listen to Coast to Coast radio program 5 nights a week so I never escape the "paranormal" mindset.

I very, very often hear voices.....two of my most recent exits I heard a woman say "Hello Joseph" and just the other night I heard a man and woman talking and as I exited he said to her "Oh look, we have another visitor".

It used to startle me.....but I now LOOK FORWARD to it. It actually helps me.....it kinda lets me know I'm on track.

so im curious about the dark entity. what was it doing sitting in your garage?

Well, I was standing in the garage looking down at my leg when I noticed a movement in the corner of the garage. when I looked there was a "shadowy" figure rising up from the floor.....as if it was using the lack of light (or darkness) to cloak itself.

Anyway when it reached full size I said "You have no power over me and I want you to leave". So it vanished.....that is why I am sure I created it.

But to answer your question - it wasn't doing anything - it just rose up from the floor.

How many experiences have you had with OBE's? Have you taken the time out to validate your obe's, track your progress?

I could not even guess how many OBEs I have had.....I have been OBEing for more than 30 years (the first 15 not even knowing what was going on).

I do not "track" my progress nor have I even tried to validate my experiences - no need to since I already knew it was real. This validation was really an accident. I just (out of the blue) decided to check in the garage for the light.....NO REASON AT ALL.

So do we really leave our body, or just phase into another focus?

I believe we project a double and leave our body.....that is how one will affect the other.

In order for you to meet your guide did you used some specific meditation?

NO, I was just doing one of my usual (early morning) weekend projections when he just walked up to me and said "Hi, I am your guide.....my name is Benny".

I have heard someone talk to me on many occasions but have never seen them. I have been wanting to see/meet him for a long time. I have been recently trying to concentrate a little more on trying to meet him and I guess it worked.

Meditation persay.....NO.....BUT mentally inputting the desire.....YES.

Right after he introduced himself he grabbed me by the arm and took me some place.....I FELT GREAT THE ENTIRE TIME and felt like he was an uncle type of figure. Not LOVE like a parent but RESPECT and COMFORT like an uncle or Godparent.

I FINALLY met my guide. His name is Benny. He took me to a "solar system" that he said is is one of the places I could go to as I progress in the astral world.

I do believe he IS my guide.....but my question is.....I have heard of some TRICKERY in the astral.....Is there anyway I can be sure he is legit and not an 'entity" tricking me.

I have heard my guide "talk" to me in the past but have never seen/met him. So I was leery when he approached me. It was a great experience and like I said - just the fact that he TOOK me someplace and explained some things to me I believe he is legit and I "FELT' comfortable around him.

And the best part is my wife doesn't consider it "CHEATING".

I'm not sure i'd be as accepting of it not being cheating if it was my partner doing it

I had a particularly easy projection this night.

I left my body and started heading towards the garage. I noticed my cat looking at me which I thought was rather odd. As I walked into the garage I felt a warm feeling on my leg. When I looked down I noticed I was standing on a triangular ray of light on the floor that was coming in from the sun shinning through the garage blinds that had been moved to the side. I noticed a dark entity in the corner so I decided to go back to my body.....I really wasn't in the mood.

HERE's the "proof".

When I entered my body I started to get up but my cat had come to "tuck me in" - I pushed her aside and went to the garage.....THERE IT WAS - the triangular ray of light shinning through the window onto the floor that shouldn't be there because of the blinds.

The other thing to note is - I work nights and my cat LOVES to "tuck me into bed" every morning I get home. When I go to bed she comes in there and lays beside me until I go to sleep then she leaves (this is the only time she comes in there). I believe she may have seen my astral body "going to bed" and wanted to "tuck me in" as usual.

People can question the reality of projecting but - in my opinion - this is about as close to proof as I think you can get.

Every single OBE I have ever had has left me feeling absolutely WORN TO THE BONE. Sometimes I can't get out of bed, I just lay there for while.

I have to make sure I don't project when I have to get up right away and do something.

For me it is quite normal (I guess).

It's great to have a hot female bod when you're actually a strictly heterosexual male... Shalln't say any more!  I would recommend you try morphing.  It takes imagination, but you can change your shape if you wish to!

I mean it is somebody else who looks similar to me but not exactly the same.   Although once I did see a rather nice looking woman as my own reflection (I'm male).  That was great.....!

Whenever I project and look in the mirror I often see a slightly younger version of myself.  Wishful thinking eh?  And sometimes I see somebody I don't recognise.
