Haha, that sounds like a good idea Selski, I'm gonna try it next time :-)

I'm sure you lose a lot of muscle weight when fasting, which is why I will never try it, I worked hard to gain the muscle I have and I plan on preserving it for as long as I can. ):

I KNOW THAT WAS REALLY LONG>be careful what you wish for!!!

Haha, thanks for the reply. I have never been attacked by a negative entity(consciously), but it will eventualy happen and I know that when it does I will deal with it in a more violent manner, better to get rid of it so it will never come back than to continuously deal with it.

You say "draw first blood", so your astral body can be wounded?

Thanks,
Drew-

Quote from: alpine9I have always had this question about OBe's.

Well you know how you might have been in the house all day and decide to go for a walk, and you've been walking for X amount of time and when you get back home you feel like you are refreshed and satisfied that you've gotten away from home for a while even though you only have a memory of it?

Do you feel that way when you come back to your body from an OBe, or is it more like waking up and feeling like it was only a dream?

I personaly usually feel unsatisfied with it, but that's because I want to stay longer than I can.

Has anyone ever tried to go out and fight negatives while in the astral just to get rid of them? This is something i plan on trying to do in a few years when my energy and experience is high enough for me to feel comfortable doing so.

I was searching around looking for a good place to buy the Gateway Experience and all the prices are outrageous, even for just Wave I i couldn't find it for lower than $95, and to buy the whole set is just CRAZY, I don't have that kind of money to invest into APing yet. So if anyone has any other programs or knows a better way to get The Gateway Experience then please tell me. :)

Thanks,
Drew

I actually had my first AP experience just a couple of hours ago, i had just woke up from a dream, one that i quite enjoyed even though it was of me being in jail, and i was going back to sleep and my body started violently shaking, i didn't know what to think at first, but i just let it ride and after shaking for about 20 seconds i realized that i was about to AP, so i did the rope technique and got the top half of my body out, then i couldnt figure out how to move my left arm out of my body so i came back in.

I am new to APing, been trying for about a month, with no success, but when i am trying to AP every once in a while all the noise i hear will get very very loud for about 2 seconds then it will go back to normal, I always think that if i could just hold onto that very loud noise for just a little bit longer it will help me get to the point where i can AP, does this happen to anyone else?

Welcome to Dreams! / First lucid dream

Well, it was more of a nightmare, i was with a couple of friends in some scary butt place, i dont remember much of the place, but there was some sort of zombies there. I remember i was talking to a friend of mine and then i turned around and went to talk to him again and he wasn't there and thats when i realized i was dreaming, i was scared so i tried to imagine a gun on my waist, and when i reached for it it wasnt there, so i tried shooting these zombies with my fingers in the shape of a gun and it didnt work. thats all i remember, i was always thinking that when in lucid dream u can do whatever u want, but i guess not D:

Welcome to Out of Body Experiences! / ZMA

I currently take ZMA and have cycled it on and off, it does increase your test levels and does give me many very realistic dreams, i didn't have my first lucid dream until i was using ZMA.
