Hi guys,
I am new at this OBE thing but here is what has been going on with me and I don't know exactly what it means.
As I sleep (in a car, plane or chair), I awaken with a shock. I dont know if that is the correct term to it; I spaz out you can say..lol right after I am suddenly awaking. I dont know why I awaken as I am still tired & sleepy.
One time I remember being on an airplane, slept for a little while, and then all of a sudden, I spazed out like I had seen a ghost or something and I felt some pain in my chest after awakening as I was dreaming about a fight was about to get into. I was thinking to myself that the two people next to me probably think I am weirdo ..lol
What does this mean?
And exactly what kind of advise can you give me to improve my chances of an OBE? I used to be able to dream lucidly (when I was really young) but not knowing the meaning of it back then, I have forgotten how I did it.
This 'attack' seems to happen only when I am sleeping while sitting in an up-right position.
