Frank is to Phasing as Bill Gates is to IBM

The number of people who atain the vast knowledge that Frank has captured about the human mind is extra miniscule.
It's almost scary, he's like a modern Einstein when it comes to Phasing.  He should be worshiped.

YES, I know exactley what you mean; I do the same thing... the first thing I do to make sure I'm really projecting is try to fly. And when I try to Project from conciousness and use the Inner-Rhythym method, I always stop breathing so I have to breath manually and it throws me off my concentration.  Any suggestions?

I just found out that the technique that I use is the Inner-Rhythym Method.  I can never get past the rocking sensation.  It dissapates after about 7 seconds then im back to the drawing boards.  I can never get launched out of my body.
This explains the Inner-Rhythym Method

Alright, I'm Vinse and I've been into astral projection and OBE's for about a year now.  I have only projected/lucid dreamed twice.  I'm not sure of the difference.  I will be awake and then the next thing I know I'm in my dream<-? and in the dream<-? I'm saying "I'm really projecting, this is working." And I can usually fly and control some aspects of the dream but I feel it isn't a complete experience.  You all are probably alot more experienced than I am.  Am I just dreaming of projecting?  I don't quite understand.
