Everyone take five, take a deep breath, hold ...and relax.  

Quite a few people may have lost out financially, that's true, me included.
But what's the point here?

Have we really all only come this far?
After all that we have all learnt about Reality, Life, After-life, Before-life, God, Universe, Creator.  Is giving vent to anger and criticism the only way?

How about compassion, whether or not we see or understand what's behind the problem.  How about Love?

Everyone's had a chance to let off steam now (and I had my go as well, numerous pm's and unanswered emails since July),  but let's put some perspective on this and send some positive energies out. Someone who's invested a lot of effort and time in helping people in this community is sick and in trouble.

what ever the problem may be, he deserves a little support and then maybe he'll have the ability to come back and sort out the mess later.
until then, lets drop the criticism and amp up the love.

we are not defined by what happens to us, so much as how we choose to respond to those things. Let's choose to be different this time.

Like many here, I've paid for the VC and been frustrated by the lack of response,
but rather than vent in public I've tried to write it off and communicate with Frank via the mods/administrator of the forum.
The feedback has been varied and at times confusing, although I do believe that this has not been a deliberate scam.

The guy must be seriously ill and for whatever personal reasons does not/did not want this shared with the wider world.  He's made an effort to appear normal on the few times he's been able to come onto the forum and this has probably given the wrong impression to many.

I believe that if he does make it back then all will be sorted out eventually. If he doesn't, then we may all have to just write off the financial errors and send our love to him and his family, knowing that wherever he is, the last thing he'll need to be concerned about is money!

The angry response of some of the mods has to be seen in the light that they may have a view of the bigger picture, but may also have been asked not to share it with everyone.
We need to honour that and try not to respond in the same way.

Thoughts are energy and right now I guess he needs all the positive energy he can take, let's not be sending too much negative energy his way, when we (of all people) should be sending love, support and healing.
Others who don't understand or have an insight to our ultimate reality can be excused, we should know better.

So Frank, if you're in a position to hear this, I know you've maintained a frugal lifestyle and there's not much cash around. Please take the money I sent with my blessings and if you can use it to help, please do. We can always work something out in the future if needs be.  
In the meantime, use the cash as you can best use it and focus on yourself.

Sounds like you're going through some tough times. My prayers are with you.
If you think you'll benefit from seeing a medium, then your best bet would be to search out the nearest Spiritualist Church and ask them to guide you to one.
They will "usually" be more spiritually inclined and be willing to do their best to help you, rather than simply take your money.  If it's an SNU church (Spiritualist National Union), most of the mediums will have been through some form of training or approval before they will be recommended to visitors.

Sometimes they're not so little. perhaps you're having trouble believing in what you suspect they might be.
try meditating or asking in your heart before you go to sleep for confirmation. Or if it's getting too freaky, just ask quietly for it to stop, and it will. That'll be confirmation itself.

When I first scanned your post I too thought that you were on the wrong track. Then I read it again with my "other" head.

You seem to have the pent up frustration and emotion of anger but it's all trapped inside, focused inwards.
And the more you recognise this, the more you feel the "blockage" and the need to let it out.

If you had come to me for healing, I would either work with you myself over time try and breakdown whatever is causing you to 'not' release the anger. And this could possibly be something in you personal history that has "taught" you that to express outward anger or loss of self control is always 'bad'.
(Therapists are very good at helping you out with this kind of issue).

Alternatively, you might look at laughter as a short term release, that might then give you the breathing space to address the longer term approach.
This is a close emotional release mechanism to anger and I've seen "laughter workshops" create amazing results (this guy is good..http://www.joehoare.co.uk/)

I am NOT a psycho-therapist or trained psychologist. So do take my advice as my opinion only.  

My recommendation would be to seriously consider a therapist to help you unlock the emotional response or if you prefer not to, check out some workshops in your area to find some release.  The fact that you recognise the issue and are ready to ask for help, would tell me that you're well on the way to recovery already.

so relax my friend and seek out what you feel most comfortable doing within your own soul.

It was wanting to understand and to explore that engaged me in these forums and interested me in looking at conscious astral projection  
It's all new to me and 2 yrs ago I would have categorized everyone here a self-delusional nutcases
Coming from a science background is forcing me to set aside much of the scientific theory and teaching me to just let some things be -'least that's how it's working for me.
But as you said, each unto his own and as I heard someone say recently "mine is not the better way, it's simply another way" ...or something along those lines

I think you'll find it's actually quantum mechanics and string theory that most people and 'new agers' refer to as supporting their belief structure rather than particle physics.
That said, I'd not seen this site before and it does provide a good lay-mans overview.
I've not had the opportunity to visit CERN or the new LHC ring that's being built there but I have worked at Rutherford labs and JET (joint European Torus) in the UK and so do have a reasonable idea of the current theories.

I'm not an applied mathematician by any stretch of the imagination (and to really grasp the subject fully you need to be) but if you want a good introduction to the whole subject I can recommend a book by Brian Greene called the elegant universe.

If you look into it you'll find that the whole concept of vibrational energy, multilayer universes and dimensions is indeed very closely linked to what so many are discovering from themselves through spirituality.

For me, as an engineer, it was the thoughts and questions that this subject raised that in the end brought me to my own belief in God and Spirit.   As I then opened up and developed an "awareness" I started to experience for myself the realities of what I had until then discounted as myth and hoax.
So maybe none of us should be too quick to judge who is arrogant or not.
After all, it's all just a question of perspective and personal belief regardless of what background you come from. Were the Shamans of the past any less valid because they hadn't heard of Super-Strings?
As long as your heart's intent is moving you forward and you can help others in the process with love, what else is there to be?

Right now, I'm not even sure anymore that it's necessary to know or understand how it all fits together. The fact that it does, that it works, that I'm here experiencing it and that I know through personal experience that there is more than this short physical life, is becoming enough for me.

Just imagine what we could do with all the resources and energy that is being poured into these research efforts, if just even some of that was diverted into feeding the starving millions of the world, combating the spread of disease and providing enough for everyone.


Phew, I had no idea all that was bubbling up and waiting to come out.

Telos,  thank you for giving me the opportunity to share all that.  It was good for me to get that lot off my chest and stand on my soapbox for a while.  And thanks for the link also, it really does give a good background to particle physics, from which it will be much easier for the newcomer to dip their toes into the murky waters of chaos theory, strings and quantum mechanics.

Not California I'm afraid -i wish it was, but Somerset England.
Although I have spent quite a bit of time over there in the past when i worked just north of the bay area (santa rosa).

As to your question regarding who decides, my belief is that is ourselves. We choose the circumstances we need to move us forward in our evolution, whether that is for a life of struggle or ease. Sometimes we stay for many years, sometimes we just touch the earth plane for a brief moment -either to bring a joy to ourselves or to another.


That's my understanding anyway and although there are many millions who have different views, many of them have had little direct personal experience of the spirit (astral) worlds. When it comes down to it, it's a personal thing I guess.

I've been using the CD set (I have all 7 waves) for about a year now, but found that although I had gotten through to the end of wave 4 / beginning of Wave 5, I was getting less and less out of it the further I got.
Also, the less I got, the less I was inclined to practice and day to day life started to get in the way.

That's why I recently decided to go back to wave 1 and start again with F10.

Thanks for you inputs though, it helps to hear that someone else has had a similar experience

It IS a two way relationship, they ARE with you.  You can talk to them and they will find ways of answering you.  Just be open to the little things as well as the obvious.
They may come to you in dreams or meditation occasionally, but you are here to live out YOUR life as well.
If you look at things from their perspective, they have come to let you know that they are fine and for you to know that "death" is just another illusion.
Ask any engineer, you cannot destroy energy, you can only change its form.

You have to learn your lessons and evolve as a spirit whilst here on earth and it would seem that you have come an enormous way along your path in finding acceptance for your loss.  You can never truly understand joy if you've never experienced a pain to measure it against.

Love life and treasure every moment, even those that seem painful at the time.

Obviously I can't give you a definitive answer as to your personal experience, but i can relate to you something I experienced whilst in the early days of my own training as a spiritualist medium.
A few days before our weekly practice meeting, I was walking my dog along the coastal path thinking about the upcoming session and hoping that I would get a good link with spirit that week, when out of the blue I saw a very strong and clear image of a young girl (7or 8 yrs old).

I memorised as much as I could and when I came to get my link with spirit later that week, all i got was the memory of the girl I'd seen earlier.
so I gave the message I'd received to the lady I felt I had to speak to. As I did, some more evidence came through and once I'd finished I sat down again.
The recipient was very emotional as she explained that the description matched her own daughter exactly but that her daughter's younger sister had miscarried.  had she lived, she would have been 7yrs old today.

There was a lot of other evidence (names/circumstances/backgrounds/facts etc) that I won't go into as they were personal to the recipient. but the whole episode convinced me absolutely that a spirit connects to a pre-born child long before birth.  There may be many reasons why they don't/cannot stay but above all else, whilst they are here, they experience fully the mothers love and create a bond that lasts not only through, but well beyond the short physical life of mother and child.

You're very lucky to have not only the love of your son with you, but also the knowledge that he's there to support and guide you through the coming years.

Hi All,
Pardon me for dropping in on your thread.
I was interested to see Major Tom's comments about "blinking out"  and was wondering if anyone else had been through this.  i.e. is it a phase in development or something else?

I've been using the Gateway series of Cd's for about 12 months now and have recently realised that I'd never really cracked the f10 properly and so recently, I've been going back over the first Wave to try and re-establish a good F10.

What I've found is that the more I concentrate on F3, F10 and advanced F10 tracks, the more I 'blink out' pretty much every time.
I can be absolutely convinced that I've maintained awareness right through the track only to realise that I have absolutely no conscious awareness/recall of whole chunks of "time".
If it wasn't for the fact that I know that Monroe's voice is present at certain stages, I'd be prepared to swear on oath that I hadn't missed a thing.

So, the question here is, is there anything I can do to overcome this? is it just a developmental phase or am I I going to be stuck here for evermore?


What's also interesting is that when i first went through these tracks, if I look back at my journals i can see that i was experiencing a lot more visual imagery then than I am now. Although I wasn't going as deep then.

Anyway, that's my two 'penneth's worth.  Any hints from the more experienced of you would be welcome.
