[Wow thanks everyone for taking the time to reply to my questions! Someone asked what difference did it matter what color Jesus skin is and it doesn't matter. What I'm wondering is if the real Jesus had an appearance like is so often potrayed in movies with blue eyes, light skin or if he looked more jewish with darker skin. I'm extremely skeptical of Jesus even being on the astral plane. Hans mentioned that focus 2 theory or whatever and that sounds logical so I will check it out in the faqs he recommended. I have been fascinated with the metaphysical my whole life but never really delved into reading about astral travel/OBE even though I was fully aware of it. I wanted to try to have an OBE but now I realise I'm completely unprepared for it. I'm going to gather alot of information by reading, talking to people who have astral traveled and make up my own mind about it. I think it is something I would like to try since we are said to visit the astral plane every time we sleep. The whole astral concept is strange to me to be honest. It is a distorted view of our "reality" is it not? It sounds like a non-stop episode of The Twilight Zone! As a child I had strange sensations when I would be in my bed. I would feel vibrations or a wierd vibration like feeling on my left side. I could even "make" this feeling happen whenever I wanted to.
