I had the same thing last night, i was dreaming i was in a field behind my school then all of the sudden out of nowere i relized i was dreaming so i jumped up in the air and started flying and i thought to myself "i wonder if i can obe" then something really wierd happend that i cant remember for some reason.. (i no that sounds wierd)

Welcome to Dreams! / Cant stay lucid!!

I have lucid dreams at least twice a week! But the same thing always happens I relize im dreaming do something weird then i fall right back into the dream. Last night i dreamed me and my mom were abducted by aliens then i realized i was dreaming on the ship so i flew up and out then fell back down and i couldn't fly again for some reason then all of the sudden IL just lose it and IL be right back into the dream.. Anyone have any tips or advice to stay lucid??
