Well I tried to AP last night no sucess though (fell asleep). I Have noticed that everytime I try to AP some muscle in my body spazzes out, like my arm will just move unexpectedly. (like nerve reactions on a corpse). Just wondering is this normal?

i was so close the other night i could feel my entire astral body floating above me, but then i crapped my self and went back in, is there anyway to overcome this?

ever since i started making psi balls (working with energy) what ever you want to call it i keep feeling energy in my hands (i feel energy as weight) is this normal?

I'm practicing to do obe's and while practicing i relaxed put my body to sleep tranced out, i tried to roll off my bed without physically moving and i felt something like a copy of me move to the right of me (which is the end of my bed) and i went all cold then i got really scared and the heat returned to my body, was this and almost obe???

who can the shadow people attack is it jsut astral projectors or can they attack other people e.g ghosthunters, psionics, telepathists?
