Hello friends!

I have recently started meditating again after a three year break.

When I did meditate I did it everyday for a year so I have some experience.

It was really shocking when I started again, it only took a couple of times for all the sensations and the same state of mind to return to me. It seems meditation is like muscle memory.

On to my question!

Yesterday I took a nap. I always meditate when I'm in bed and I could feel mild vibrations after 30 seconds!

Later in the evening I tried again but this time tired and I felt them after 5 seconds.

Today I was really sleepy and watched youtube movies about obe(might be significant) in my bed when I again felt them. They where subtle but I felt them.

Questions!

* is this normal for you guys aswell?
*what can I do to increasa the power?
*can I be imagining? The only relaxed part of my body was my legs(when I was watching youtube) and they did feel numb but under all these sessions I've been very much body aware when the light vibrations kicked in.

Sorry for wot and bad english!

Much love

Hello fellow humans!

If anyone is interested I thought I'd give a brief introduction as to why I'm here.

I had my first obe when I was twelve. It was somewhat unconsious.
I had night terrors and would stay up all night reading donald duck comics just to stay awake. On a number of ocassions I read a comic with a complete story only to realise I was really "passed out" in my bed. It was really strange as it was as real as life itself.

When I turned 19 I discovered projection via a friend and was immidiately hooked. I studied the subject for a year as well as meditated every night.

Vibrations became custom each night when I went to bed, however, no obe.

Eventually my stressfull life forced me to prioritize differently and I almost forgot about obe, until now.

I'm now determined to succeed and I feel I'm close. The trouble last time was too much expectations.

The one thing I have experienced that's worth mentioning is that during meditation I lost awarness of my body. I was completely alone in the void and it felt great.

I'm sorry for any spelling misstakes, english is not my first language.

Looking forward to writing with you all!
