Does anyone have any explanation why clocks stop when someone passes away at that time or close to it. This phenomena actually always seems to occur.
The person whos clock usually stops is a loved one.

What's the longest can you recall in time whilst you were out of your body or dreaming?

From what i understand (what i've read) dreams take place in just a few seconds in the physical time we live by. Whilst in the dream state it's like an hour or so. Theoretically, if a person were to dream or project for that 8 hours of sleep they have, would that 8 hours be more like several days perhaps?

Now i've read many of you have had very brief projections/dreams, any idea why you are pulled back from that dream or projection?

And to the professionals, have you ever been out for a few hours of the physical time?

When i lay down in bed, just before i am about to fall asleep i hear this loud noise. I cannot explain it completely but it sounds like an electric discharge. I can distinguish many sounds and i cannot identify where this sound comes from. I know it comes from inside the room. It can be in any room. Once i noticed it come from a stereo next to me which was not plugged in, and even if it was, it was faulty and not in working condition. These noises only occur when i'm off guard, when i'm falling asleep and engrossed in thoughts. They can occur several times at night. However it wont occur when i am focused or if i don't pay attention and fall asleep quickly. I usually have trouble sleeping and it takes quite a while before i doze off.

Anyone experience the same or something similar?

Or perhaps someone can explain why this happens?

Alot of strange things have been happening to me from the past months.

One that really amazes me happened a few days ago. I was dreaming, and then all of a sudden i was given poetry. I think i was reading it, but there was no book. Just a voice talking it straight. But this poetry was one of a kind, i don't know how to explain it since i cant remember it   It was deep, extremely profound. It was summing up and made sense of soo many things. Definetely who ever wrote that or had that in mind (i don't know) would of been a very wise person. At some point i thought it could be my sub conscious or something speaking, but i am not that smart!  
Well this poetry was soo "pulling", whilst it being spoken i said to myself i better wake up and jot this down. But then! i couldn't remember what was said before. The voice would not repeat it. Then i think from poetry it went on to some sort of story or quotation, i cant recall exactly. But as the poetry, that was very profound as well!

What really disappoints me is that i couldn't remember it. I've never experienced something like this before.

My questions are, what had happened to me? Is it possible in some way to recall that dreams material?


Another thing is that (i've had this a few times) during my sleep or maybe when i am abit awake i hear like a LOUD sigh. It's more of a deep one, more of a whisper, and mainly of voice. ??

And theres a few more, but i'll leave with these two for now.

I attempted having an OBE last night using the method of knightlight's writing a "C" on your right index finger. And then you check on the C every time you wake up. Unfortunately i was awake most of the time. I had problems sleeping, was quite restless. I did keep looking at the C though. But eventually i fell asleep, and dreamt an OBE Well at that time to me i thought it was real. Here's a short paragraph on what happened.
I woke up, looked at my index finger, and the "C" wasn't there. Then i felt abit strange and my body slided down towards the floor. To validate to myself that i am having an OBE, i thought to myself, I must look at my physical body and see if its there!... I looked, and it was there! it was quite scary. Specially when i tell you this. When i went close to it, my left hand was moving in a slapping motion and head was shaking abit too. I moved back, and there was no movement at all. So i said to hell with it, i am not going to waste this moment, i shall go and explore. And at this time i thought to myself too, I am having an OBE, i will have something to talk about on the astral pulse forums I floated to my living room... I don't remember exactly what happened here. I tried to fly or so to say float up (i don't know what was going on!). So i tried to do it normally just by thought, nothing! So then i put my hands down to my sides, and then lifted it up slowly right towards the top of my head, and i floated a bit. And did the reverse to come back down. Then i came to a point where i was in front of my mum. And she was able to see my astral self in front of her and my physical body lying down. At this point i thought to myself, this cant be right! She cannot see me astrally! She cannot see two me's! And then i think someone else of my family too saw me. My dad, and i don't recall who else. And then i woke up, in bed, with the C on the finger It was quite disappointing yet quite a remarkable experience. Makes you wonder how cunning ones mind can be.

Anyone had the same experience? Might want to share? Or any comments at all.
