I have allready tried this download and it works well on my Windows 98 Operating system. It is needed for The Astral Dynamics Workbook. You don't have to have Excel to use it!

Microsoft Excel Viewer is a small, freely distributable program that lets users view and print Excel for Windows (versions 2.0 and greater) and Microsoft Excel for the Macintosh (versions 2.2a and greater) spreadsheet files.

Hi!

Interesting that you mention William Buhlman as I am right in the middle of reading, "Adventures Beyond the Body."  What a cool book! Very inspiring and easy to read. Have you always used his technique? I haven't had a full OBE yet, but soon I hope. I think the methods he mentions are excellent, not to mention his wonderful insight on this experience. Has he influenced you a lot?

When you say , you were in "the state" .. can you clarify a few thigns for me ?

like

1) did you feel your body or did you feel as if it wasnt there anymore

2) did you see wahts called the "void" or big blackness, maybea galaxy without stars kinda thing ..

3) Did you feel like your perception was changing .. maybe like you were being pulled in and out of your body ? *I got that last night doing breath awareness for hte first time .. what does that mean ? It felt like I was being zapped back and forth*

4) And what other things did you feel ? I am the kinda person that doesnt really get vibrations .. althought I havent been conciously "out" yet .. I've only got them one time , in my classroom at school when I sorta fell asleep while listening to the teacher..

Keep thinking about your experience and that it was real.
Also keep in mind that if you did it once you can do it as many
times as you want.

I think you should make a systematic attempt using RB's techniques(or any you feel comfortable with). Waiting for it to happen is too haphazard if you want it, Doing techniques will also show you that there is a cause and effect relationship between trying and experiencing obe's. If you were able to have them spontaniously then you will be able to bring them on if you try conciously.
