Hiya. I've been doing NEW for about 4 weeks, and I'm not exactly sure if the sensations I'm feeling from doing NEW is proof that I'm doing it right. The sensations I feel are: a pain, (most of the times it's like an ache), heat, and pressure. I just want some of your comments and opinions. Thanks!

Sometimes when I look up to the sky, I can see moving electric things (sorry, couldn't think of a better description other than miniature, flashing tadpoles). Also, I can see colorless circles or waves in a 1-colored background. And also, when I was in 5th grade, I looked down on my arm and it was glowing green!!! I don't know what caused this, but it was during a music lesson (we were singing a Frankenstein song 
) Anyone know what could've caused these things?

Hi, I'm new to Astral Pulse. It rocks! 
Anyway, are there any side effects after opening the 3rd eye? When I think about it for a few seconds, I will get a little headache and sometimes a pressure feeling 1 inch above the space between my eyebrows. After opening your third eye, will your pineal gland get larger? And please share any of your experiences, I want to know what other people experienced when they opened their 3rd eye. Were you scared at the first sight of a ghost or anything not visible to the the physical?
