I looked around last night to see if anyone else had already posted this question, but I'm sorry if it was already answered.
I have recently took up body building to help deal with some self-esteem issues I've had within the past month, its been helping greatly.
Enough about me,

I was wondering if NEW could be used to help one make physical workouts more effective, or give me more energy? If anyone knows of this, I will be greatly indebted to you.

Thanks in advance for any responses.

Sean.

Welcome to Dreams! / Conditions for having a dream?
January 09, 2006, 22:52:37
What are the conditions for having a dream that you are more likely to remember?
For some reason, when I sleep at my friends house (on the floor), I almost always have a dream or two each night I spend there.

However, when I'm at my house, on a regular night, getting some sleep, I rarely have any dreams; why is this?

thanks in advance.

Hello, I registered on this forum last year, when I started my interest in the OBE phenomena. Trying and trying and trying, I never got it. Many people told me that my first OBE would likely be from a Lucid Dream. It was very interesting that the VERY next day, I had my first Lucid Dream. For those of you that care, here is how it went:
Very hot summer, of course I was sleeping way more than I should have, it was approximately 10:30 am when my dad started up the lawnmower, he was just outside my window. Normally, I'm a heavy sleeper, but this noise happened while I was dozing off, and I could feel myself on my bed while I was in the middle of a dream. Then I realized " Holy cow! I just remembered, I was sleeping! This is a dream!" Seconds later, I came up with the thought of having an OBE. I had intense vibrations (first I ever experienced conciously), And felt myself rising very slowly. It was just then that I had gotten way to excited and ended up quickly ending the LD/OBE. I was soooo close. My efforts to have a successfull OBE increased exponentially. After about 3 months, I gave up.

Just recently, I have picked it up again. The closest I can get is to becoming relaxed to the point where I cannot feel my hands, and my eyes feel like they are being focused on a  point that is actually near my head. I feel spinning, in a random direction every time I try it. I can get to this point every time I try it. Any tips on how I can get past this point? Where am I in terms of having an OBE? Thanks for the input.
