Hi. I have a few questions about some things i still don't understand.
1.How do you travel between the RTZ and astral plane, and what is a difference between them.
2.How do you access the gate room, with the gatekeeper. I heard about it in one of the forums discussing the fantasy worlds.
3.What is a mental plane, and how do you access it. Is there any benefits above the astral plane.
4.When you ap, how much do you stay in astral plane (or RTZ).
5.I have a problem. I need a lot of time to get asleep, over 1 hour. Does it happen to anyone and is there a hope for projecting.
6.What is a difference between projecting in a dream and direct projection.
