Hi Everyone,

I encountered something the other night which made me go back through my journals and realize that this has now happened 3 times. I have found that when projecting in the RTZ that I get a very strong repulsioin when attempting to go through elctricity carrying devices. For example, I attempted to pass through a wall near an electric socket and got shocked.
It wasn't a physical shock but more like someone put a bucket on my head and hit it with a stick. On another occasion probably 3 months later, I had a similar experience with a ceiling fan lamp. But the thing that made me look into this was I was experimenting with a monroe institute CD (vectors or horizons or one of the adventure ones) when I got my happy projection feelings. My head came out, but I got stuck at my waist, I laid back down and my feet came out. Then I began to rock back and forth for what felt like an hour head out, feet out, head out. etc. etc. until I gave up. When I got out of bed it occurred to me that my laptop batter had fallen onto my waist.  I guess I'm curious if anyone else has experienced similar sensations while projecting through electric fields or if I am in fact once bitten twice shy creating my own barriers.

Happy projecting,

Hiya Georgie! Ya wanna balloon Georgie? I can see you want it... oh boy you do! They all float...

Sorry, couldnt resist it (You have to have read Stephen King's IT or watched the tv version to know what I'm on about here!).

Just as long as you don't meet any evil looking clowns on your travels, you'll be fine!

I imagine that there are several budding projectors out there who have some under their belt, and are left with more questions than answers. Right now I have decided that my next move will be to meet my 'guide.' Everyone seems to talk about them but I'm not sure where to find mine. I have been out 18 times, mostly to the RTZ. (or,...something like it) and I'm curious whether I should just 'think/say' while in my room or around our town house development "Hello guide, I would like to meet you please come here" or something like that. Tonight I'll try that, but for those of you with active guides I'm curious at the process by which you met them and whether they will show up in my room or at my front door or what? I would appreciate any explanations someone could give. Thanks in advance.

I'm currently in the same boat as you right now.  In the past, I haven't had any success standing in a room and saying, "Guide, show yourself.  I want to meet you."

I think this is because even when I'm projecting, I still have trouble believing that things can appear in midair.  That goes to show how destructive assumptions can be for your experience.

However, the closest I came to meeting my guide involved a way for me to see him without having him appear in midair.  I was in the RTZ (like you), and I walked to my front door of the house.  I simply said, "When I open this door, I will see my guide outside."

So I opened the door and........nothing!  Just an empty street.  But just then, I saw a man drive up in a very sporty-looking car and park right in front of my driveway.  I walked over to him and we made eye contact.  He looked familiar, and unfortunately, I became too excited with the fact that I was possibly meeting a guide that I lost control and ended up back in my room.

So if that is any help to you, then run with it.  Just state your intent when you find yourself out that you would like to see your guide when you walk outside of your house, and then expect him to show.

Keep smiling,
