ok people i just want your opinons


i read from a certain post that u can learn from astral and 'download' intelligence to real life i was just wondering what if u can materilize your astral body to the physical plane i know you might think it is possible but i think otherwise but i just made this posts for opinion what you think about this, if u believe in this, and if it actually possible tell me what you think

when i ap and go to API i would have my island's enviorment a fedual era japan stuff so wen u go to my island make sure to wear a samurai or ninja suit and there would be the hunting game

i am new to this forum and i've been interested in ap for awhile now. i've tried having a obe but i can only get to the stage when my body fall asleep but i can't get the vibrations going so can i please have some help of getting out of my body
