im new to all of this and have been tryin over the last 2 weeks... im makin progress but came accross a technique that really relaxes your muscles...

take in as much breath as you can through your nose.... hold the breath.... allow your eyes to close normally... and then exhale all the air in your lungs in a low deep sigh.

some of you might know this technique

Now ive heard a lot about this... The are many methods that people use, which can make them have an out of body experience.

astral projection claims that every nite when you sleep, you seperate from ur physical body and all those dreams of flying are conscious glimpses of your "astral travel"... is this statement true? or is it complete bs...

also, some people claim that when they are very relaxed they feel themselves slipping out of their body and having an "out of body experience"

is astral projection possible? or is it a bazzare theory?
