Hi, i downloaded the "No mind cd (mp3)" from the gnomad site and listened to it on headphones and didnt like it much but near the end with my eyes shut i saw vivid blue strobe light for about three seconds and heard odd pinging noises, what was happening?

also downloaded "Inner Voice mp3" but it has a subliminal voice track does any body know about this track and is it safe/ok to use
