Hi, I am new to this site and have a question I would like to ask.  Often when I am sitting in an up-right position in an arm-chair I get the sensation that I am falling backwards into a dark pit...if I close my eyes and allow myself to go with the feeling it sometimes feels like I am falling forever...at other times it feels like I have just fallen a short distance and then I am in light...not a white light...more like sunlight...please can someone tell me what this means...I also often have deja vu...I am very keen to get started on astral travel, have read a lot on the subject...but I just can't seem to get my mind focused enough to even start doing anything...anyone have any ideas that could help me please.
