Welcome to Dreams! / Finding Money... useless
October 23, 2006, 19:36:39
When i was younger in particular i used to have dreams all the time of finding caches of old coins. most of the times the coins were all different sizes and shapes, lots were square and rectangular, i was always amazed that they were so old looking, i thought they were worth a fortune,........ then i woke up. when i had these dreams i had never seen or heard of square or rectangular coins. years later i saw really old sqaure and rectangular coins in a museum.

:-o

has anyone else had dreams of finding coins???

Welcome to Dreams! / Gates of dreaming
October 10, 2006, 10:54:58
hey all
just wondering if anyone has read the art of dreaming by carlos castenada and could verify any of the experiences depicted in the book. Anyways last night, actually this morning, i believe i passed the first gate described by castenada in his books. this gate is remembering to look at your hands in a dream (you must become lucid first to notice that you are dreaming), anyways, i did this and then played around in the dream, flying and what have you before i woke up. just wondering if anyone else has read this book and attempted to pass the toltec gates of dreaming, and how successful you have been especially with the ones that come after the first.

hey guys, damn i always have the problem of waking up a little while after i become lucid in a dream, its like i realize im dreaming and then i have about a minute to stay in the lucid dream before i return to full waking conciousness. if anyone has any good techniques to stay in the dream please let me know.

i have heard of holding on to something in the dream or creating some kind of movement such as spinning or something but i still seem to wake up.

later
