Hello all I am doing Robert Bruce's New System. I am currently confused about the exact location of the sub navel storage center. Whenever he describes it seems that it is in the same spot as the navel chakra, and i don't want to stimulate the navel chakra by doing the full body circuit. Can anyone give any insight into the location of the storage center and the chkara.

I'm trying to project and in order to accomplish it i need to be in a trance state. I have been trying to practice getting into a trance, but i have some trouble. Do any of you have in tips getting into a trance state. The method i use to get into a trance state is by visualizing a rope.

This is weird but every time i start to do energy body development i seem to catch some type of sickness. I tend to catch a cold or a sinus infection maybe its a coincidence. I use NEWs for my energy body development anybody know the reason for this!?
