for the past 2 to 3 years, many, many dreams of mine have involved water. MANY of them. ive had dreams containing man made water bodies- once i was in a hotel that had a giant man made pond sort of thing- i jumped in for a swim. i was once on the back of a horse traveling in some kind of canal or sewage system inside a giant tunnel.
ive had more dreams with natural bodies of water. ive drempt of swimming in the ocean. ive drempt of leaping ontop of an ocean to get to an island... some dreams contained myself on a sail boat in an enclosed area of a bay. i had a dream once of myself and my mother traveling across a marsh.. ive had many many dreams of lakes, where im swimming in them. sometimes i see my own fish in the lakes- usually dieing in some sort of way. once, i was in a lake and grabbed on to a massive rock. the water had gone down quite a bit, and i saw a couple of my fish in some of the rock's holes above the water... i recently had a dream where one of my fish jumped out of his aquarium and dried up outside, on my patio. i had a dream just last week of 3 of my fish, not the one mentioned above, having been out of their aquarium, and during up onto a piece of vertical wood... i could save 2 but not the other. ..
anyway, over the past few months ive had dreams about myself and people i met over the summer- swimming in high current rivers. ..
but what i most wonder about is the occurrence of communal showers in my dreams. over the period of time ive had my water dreams- ive had my communal shower dreams. the shower dreams out number the water body dreams. i dream of myself in a communal shower room, where the showers have shower curtains, some dont. the rooms always have white tile and usually the conditions are extremely dirty. i remember having a dream about myself in a communal shower room where i was walking around and opened a shower curtain. inside, was a toilet and on top of the toilet was a gnarly looking man masturbating. on the floor was a bunch of decaying bodies.
i had a dream once where i was running through a school, and i ended up in a shower room. the most recent shower dream i had was a couple days ago where i was in a shower room, walking around.. i think i was showing someone to a shower... it was really dirty. at one point i was actually in a shower, and i struggled with the shower curtain. it was too small.
what could all of this mean?
