so the first thing I do is a breathing technique and  imagine a balloon that when I breathe in the balloon expand and when I exhale the balloon deflate. So when I get into a deep, and I try to climb my imaginary rope. But i keep doing it but nothing happens. I dont feel a shift. Idk what i am doing wrong. Please i need help.

so once i reach this relaxed state i tried to imagine my self in a store everthing was going well, i was looking at my hands and rubbing them together and then i got sucked back into my body.. i am underting why things didn't get clearer. It took me 2 hours to reach this state... and i was very relaxed.

Hello, so a couple of days ago i almost did it i think. I fell a sleep at night on my back trying to visualize and i was in a room with 4 people and one of them i recognized it was my teacher and she then said wheres my my weed and 3 of them left the room. Th o thee person was sitting on the chair and he took a pill and strated shaking so i went close to him and then he looked up at me with weird eyes they looked swirly grabbed me by my shoulder and said really loud hello mellow or shellow. I felt this weird feeling like fear kind so i opened my eyes and didnt see nothing still felt the feeling so i thought i messed up i rolled on my side and went to sleep.

Hello, i have been reading about some different methods on achieving astral projection and i need to know if its possible to do them.. the ones that like most are number 1 and 5 but i dont know when the right time will come.. how hard do i focus on the visualization?

Hello,
To start off i get my body relaxed. Then i listen to my binearal beats nothing else until my body feels heavy and i get stuck right here i dont know what to do next. And i never astral projected in my life its just fustrating.
